Now - There are 3 films on a certain website called "Infected" but I think I know the one you mean, but I'll watch them all tonight in a post food coma ;)

But I'm afraid I'm not into Monster vs Monster flicks - I didn't even like Power Rangers as a kid :D Hehehe[/COLOR]

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1622991/ - this is the infected that I was talking about :D. Really awful /in a good way zombie movie. There is one group that 'shares' the B type horrors - they are all really funny and rarely have over three stars on Imdb. Tazmanian Devils is another awful b type horror movie.

We both love these kinds of movies so we watch them all the time - Sci Fi / Horror B Movies are so much fun.

Wanna see that myself. The ads hype it up quite well and I'm a sucker for zombie films :D

If you like zombie films I fail to see how you could not like this one ;) I actually hate zombie films and I still liked it, it's very entertaining. Especially on a massive screen at the cinema. Go for it :)

I really did not enjoy it - yes there are some nice scenes but arrggghhhh.

Oh? How come?

Hahahaha =D
I'll have to check them both out ;)
The Illusionist is on Film4 at present = You may want to go to +1 as it's been on for a bit.
Great film that I cannot recommend enough :)

Is that the one with Edward Norton? I love him. If it's the same one I'm thinking about, I saw it a while ago and it was fantastic.

Strangely enough i picked up the DVD of "The Illusionist" last week, bit of a slow movie tbh but was worth watching. wont give any of the story away......

Cheezy movie of the week "Atomic Train" starring Rob Lowe ;)

Hahaha ace =D
I'll definitely check it out then :D Cheers Bear :)

It is indeed, I love him also, and it really is a brilliant film :) But I know what you mean by it being slow karmanaut, I get really engrossed in slow films myself though (if they're good).

And, after watching it, I really couldn't imagine another actor than Norton playing his role, and I think it would have been a very different film if anyone else played it.
Infact the whole cast were great!

Watched Seven Psycopaths last night and liked it :) a British made film which is always nice, Film4 I think

I really liked that. In fact it's my favourite Collin Farrell performance. I don't like the bloke really in anything he's been apart from Seven Psychopaths. Everyone bangs on aboout how great he was in In Bruge but I didn't get that I thought he was flat and emotionless as usual. His character worked for his style in Seven Psychopaths I thought though.

I didn't really like Seven Psychopaths. In Bruge is outstanding though.
Just watched it myself actually. And I know what you mean about Farrell - He was sort of a character for character's sake (if that makes any sense whatsoever) but I thought he wasn't terrible.
Woody Harrelson was a tad... I dunno.... Sort of cast-typed in a way. But again, wasn't terrible.

Sam Rockwell and Christopher Walken on the other hand were fucking brilliant :D Especially Rockwell.
And Tom Waits' appearance was really unexpected! And, even though he only had a small part, I thought he was great :D

I particularly loved the end scene where Walken had left a recording for Farrell, I thought that was a fantastic little snippet of the whole film :)

Watching The Chronicles of Riddick right now (I'm a sucker for such films) but I'm mostly just waiting for Lemon and his Juicy bizniz %)

Lone ranger -> Shit

Judge Dredd -> rather good! wish i had caught it in 3d somewhere.... somehow my 3d tv isnt playing back things the way they are supposed to...

The new Dredd was indeed surprisingly good both as a huge fan of the old comics and a picky motherfucka as to what I'll watch.

Bearlove, what was so bad about WWZ? I may need to be pre-armed with reasons not to go.

Despicable me 2 is currently doing the rounds. Watched most of it late last night, now I remember why I enjoyed the 1st one so much.

The animation is slick as hell and feels like you're looking through a window into another dimension/world full of real people.

Arguably teh best animated movie series going. Worth a watch even if you're too cool/alternative for such things.

knock Watched Boyz n the Hood for the first time (seriously!) last night, it's a bit dated with loads of cheese but was still a fucking good watch.

like wtf where the hell you been man :)

Boyz is one of my favorites
Singletons career never really took of after that which is a shame

FINALLY getting to see SpringBreakers ... been waiting for fucking EVER. Had loads of false starts before, due to shit standard copies, which I never ever watch.

Don't let the title put you off. I have zero interest in this kinda flick normally, but it's Harmony Korine flick and it's going to do good things, and not likely to be some standard genre shite. S'been recommended to me by lots of people with great taste.

Really hope it's as good as I've been told it is.

5.7 on imdb, but Gummo only gets 6 or something so that's nowt to go by.

I obtained SpringBreakers the other day, as I liked Gummo. Not watched it yet, looking forward to it. Hope my copy is decent quality.
