EADD Heroin thread v.XXV -- a quarter centuary of threads if not yet a full decade since the 'drought'...

Sounds exactly like fent with a small amount of heroin. Because there is such a tiny amount of fent in bag, when it's smoked on foil it can easily get burnt up, or you can miss inhaling the vapour and thus you only get the effects of the heroin with maybe only a fraction of the total fent in the bag. As fent is active in the microgram range, and it may not be homogeneous throughout the bag, it also can be missed when smoked: one line could be weak, the next extremely strong. This also applies to IV use.

However with IV use, none of the fent gets missed or burned up and you get the full 100% bio-availability too. This can make the shot extremely potent when compared to your smoked tester, meaning smoking on foil can sometimes give a poor indication of potency when it is contaminated with fent.

If it cooks up clear, and is highly potent, it's clearly contaminated with fent
 
Another two people I know well & with quite long habits under their belt have been moaning about it too.
I'm waiting on some pre-gabs & meth atm, I'm NOT gonna take any of that crap again I swear to God if that is Fent why anyone would want to use it is way beyond anything I can understand. That stuff is the work of Satan himself.

Basically no one wants to use it (there’s a handful of exceptions, but in general most users don’t go out looking to buy fent) dealers just use it as a cut for low quality smack and to save money since fent and its analogues are dirt cheap from China, gambling with people’s lives in the process.

I remember many years ago watching a show about some woman in the USA that was addicted to that shit, she didn't smoke it ir IV it as it came in some weird tube thing that she put in her mouth if memory serves me right but I know for a fact she took it by some weird oral method I've never seen before or since. IMHO it has ZERO value apart from putting you on your arse, worried your about to die & when you wake up god knows how many hours later you feel like you need some decent Afghan #3 to recover.

Fentanyl is originally a pharmaceutical painkiller primarily used by doctors and nurses who administer it to patients in severe pain because it’s very potent at low doses. Carefully measured microgram doses are given to reduce the risk of OD.

One day China decided to flood the market with black market synths of the stuff which American dealers started buying up because a tiny dose of fent is as potent on paper as a much larger dose of heroin or oxy, which is why most gear and a lot of the oxy in the US is cut/pressed with fent now. But they just eyeball the doses so you have no idea how much you’re taking.

This is also why you see so many high profile OD’s from celebrities in the US especially rappers and singers. Most of them are on smack or oxy and OD when they get a batch containing fent. Virtually all the American rappers who OD’d in recent years did so from fentanyl. Lil Peep and Mac Miller both OD’d from dodgy fent pressed oxy for example.

Sadly it’s slowly growing here too. In the US it’s pretty much ubiquitous like you got areas where users just expect fent now. It’s nowhere near that bad here partly because police in the UK really wanna bust anyone shotting fent. ”Regular” dealers are usually not a priority but if fent is involved they wanna find where it’s coming from. Usually it comes ultimately off the DNM and indeed vendors selling fent got busted routinely while the ones selling smack stick around for years.

Which imo is a good thing because yes where fent is concerned OD’s usually follow. That’s where old bill get involved, in any OD they now test the body for fent. If it’s positive they will use phone records etc to work out there the stuff was obtained and work up from there.

I'm 50/50 if I should delete EVERYTHING in regard to this now. The last thing I want is some cop reading this & doing some GCHQ shit on me, finding out where I am & getting folks busted. If word ever got out I'd have caused anyone a issue I'd have my door off in the middle of the night & be stuffed in a boot of a car never to be seen again. I'm going to be watching the local news around the city close to me for a bust, it isn't long before someone gets caught due to a death linked to this shit & this town is in the arse-end of a main city, the Muslims come outta the city to shot around here as it is a safer area to sell than in the main city & less chance of them getting caught or robbed. All the gear has gotta be coming from one or two main sources as the last few days this place is flooded with this foul stuff & everyone is moaning about it.

I'd pick doing my rattle with nothing than shoot more of that "heroin" I can tell you that much.
 
Fent patches used as prescribed aren't gonna kill you just as easily as powdered fent, it depends on your tolerance but since they got a mcg/h system, it takes a good while to feel them properly, I've used fent both transdermal and IV and OD'ed a couple of times, i don't know how dealers think they can get away with selling fent as heroin since users realise quickly if it is h or not, unfortunately for some of them it's too late or they already accepted the situation, it doesn't feel like smack at all. It raises your tolerance like a mf, when the patches were around here I used to fiend for that shit hard, I would wear 2 patches at a time until I figured out how to extract it and shoot it
 
I'm coming off here for some time, I've not got many people I can call a friend I'll admit it. I have 2 people I can really call friends & they both use.
The one uses several times a day & was the guy that was banging my door the other day & was the one that hit me up in my hand, I had a call from his brother just gone 4.30pm as they have found him in the bedroom & he has gone over, his mom is a nurse & done her thing, his in hospital ATM.

I swear if his dead I really don't knowwhat I am going to do, I truly held this guy as a brother, his had my back for years & we looked after each other in a way I loved him (anyone takes the piss in some gay way I am gonna report you, make NO mistake on it) right now as I type this I feel lost, if "M" is dead or got brain damage I really dont want to be on this planet anymore, he is a really great guy & I respect him 100%, I've been crying for some time I am that upset.

I just want people to know that I'm not dead, I am coming off here for a bit as this has really got to me, the very small few of you that I am in touch with know my number so feel fre to give me a bell or text me if you feel the need to.

ANYONE in the WestMids area & is living close to Birmingham please for the love of God watch what you are doing with your scores, this stuff isn't a joke & all my dealers come direct out the city so I can only imagine how flooded the gear scene is with this stuff. It doesn't do much on the foil but you have a crank of this stuff it WILL put you on your arse & NOT in a good way.

Right now I'm a broken man, I've never felt the need to comment like this on BL, I know most dont get my humour & take me as a nasty cunt but I'm not,

Pissing in the wind here, but it wasn't fent lollies was it? Dosed sublingual on NHS. Not really active when used by other ROA due to the binder. Fent is shit orally, someone can correct, inactive in my experience.

It sounds like fent you got. Especially if it was short lived. I haven't heard many reports of it mixed in b - occasionally in needle banks. But I have been offered it openly as fentanyl not gear. I was taking a lot of it sublingual in the past, the speed at which tolerance rapidly builds and how short-lived it is compared to gear just leads to trouble. I would always be barely feeling it or out of my head. Terrible withdrawals too.

Carfentanyl hasn't took off here. But I hope this isn't going to be a regular occurrence. I know it's much cheaper, but any dealer who cuts with fent to a wide customer-base is guranteed a death, if not many. It's incredibly hard on the respiratory system even when you barely feel it.

Sorry I was going on like a fag, I should have put my big boy pants on.
The last 18 months I've lost several people & the worst was someone I had known for decades, we had lost touch over time but we hooked back up & went on some crazy crack sessions. The guy refused to do gear & would drink to come down off the crack & he would smoke weight (several grams) in a session then drink Vodka to take the edge off, I was with him 48 hours before he was found dead in his bedroom by his mom, cause of death was Cocaethylene & that hit me hard as he was a really nice guy & I felt a cunt over it.

When I look back over all the people I've known that are now dead it is quite scary to say the least & "M" is a top bloke, his ok I've been told but his mom has gone fucking mad & his brother wants heads to roll, his NOT the kinda guy you wanna fuck with to say the least, they are Irish & his brother is a decent boxer gypsy style if you follow me.

I'm still not gonna use any of this shit around here atm I know that much.
Sorry for being such a fag yesterday, sometimes the tragic mess this drug causes gets to me & when it is someone I like as a human it hits even harder.
 
I'm glad that your friend pulled through well. It was just about when Fentanyl would hit other places than the U.S. This thing changes the whole game for H users mostly but as we see, they put this shit in all kinds of drugs.
Everyone should be much more careful about what they use.
That family's rage is very understandable but we all need to change the ways we are used to in this drug culture otherwise in case of fatalities, rage and fucking up or killing dealers won't bring the people whom we value back.
I'm happy that you still have your good, real friend with you @Zopiclone bandit.

You don't need to apologise for having feelings when someone close to you is in the hospital mate especially when you've had recent loses too. That's called being human, if anything I'd be more shocked if you didn't feel anything in those circumstances, no one here thinks you are a "fag."
