EADD Heroin thread v.XXV -- a quarter centuary of threads if not yet a full decade since the 'drought'...

On the upside this stuff is ok-ish IF you can split a bag into 4 separate piles though it doesn't get you high for that long.
My meth & gaba man came up short the swine, oh well.

Trying to have a toot with it is a waste though, you may as well toss your cash down the drain.

Jesus christ. Drug treatment is getting worse. After searching a shit part of the city for their new hub, arriving late coz of it, getting scorned upon for it, even tho no one seems to be able to find it.... What do they send me home with? Naloxone... Wtf do I want that for? I wanted to get on the green handcuffs, oh no, that'll be another few weeks... And then they took my blood, they're all in it together, testing, pharmaceuticals service providers, pure shit.

Fucking cunts. They make a game out of it to deny some junkies the meth and with all their stupid rules. My observation is that that the social workers working at those stations often do all kinds of shit to make them feel superior of the junkies. They try to exercise power because they realize they have a fucking shitty job that pays bad and they do that shit to make them feel better and superior, kind of like those trash reality tv which people also watch to make them feel superior.

In my experience, the doctors (often) are very friendly , because they don't need to play those games because they actually have a good salary.

I had a good experience getting in substitution therapy, but only because called them about 10x till they got me an appointment with the head doctor of the clinic. He was very friendly, took my piss to see if im actually dirty on opioids and half an hour later I had my first dose of oral morphine in me(i insisted that I don't tolerate methadone or buprenorphine:LOL::LOL::LOL:) and after a phase in which I dabbled too much with the stone(fucking evil that stuff) I now have weekly take-home with oral morphine and I get 1100 mg a day of which I only take about 600 daily and on Saturdays I take myself a knockout dose.
The good thing with morphine substition is that you pretty much get high every day from it, unlike methadone where you only really get high the first few weeks and after that, you don't really get really high anymore off it(at least in my experience). As I said many times the morphine high is much nicer than the methadone. The Only real downside is the duration of action, even if you take it extended-release. It is supposed to work 24 hours, but it doesn't work that long. The duration is more like 12-16 hours which makes it unsuitable for people who cannot endure a little turkey every day. the first 6 months when i didnt have take home it was pretty insane sometimes because i had to go work/university and could only pick up my morphine at the evening (18:00).
I would get sick at about 12:00 and would have to endure till 18:00. Especially from sunday where i got my morphine in the morning at 10 till the next day in the evening was pretty horrific and was pretty much in full withdrawal already. But now i can split my dose so its much better. Im lucky that oral morphine is allowed here in germany as subsition(its pretty new tho and only few clinics offer it)

I was gonna say I’ve never heard of oral morphine substitution on the NHS. Interesting they’ve just introduced it in Germany, do you know why they decided to make that decision? Research showing it keeps more people in the system?

You can get oral morphine as substitution in the UK but only privately not from the regular drugs services. Private doctors in the UK will give you fucking anything anyway. There’s no connection between your medical records and private doctors either. If you find a bent one they will act like pill mills did in the US back in the day. I know a guy who used to get oxy that way. Expensive way to maintain a habit though. Which is why it’s still allowed, only rich people can do it. Appointments are £250, picking up the private script is probably over £100 a box/bottle.

They introduced it in 2015 i believe. Im in it since october 2017 so 2 years now. Morphine has clear advantages over methadone. Studys show that people experience less side effects like fatigue,sweating and weight gain which is normally attributed to methadone substition and people are also more likely to stay in the system. Also normal DL Methadone can cause heart problems. In germany you mostly get levomethadone now,the active isomer of methadone.Oral morphine is indicated for people who experience alot of side effects on methadone and who still crave heroin alot on methadone. The high is identical to heroin,which makes sense as heroin gets metabolised to morphine instantly in the body. In my experience the body feeling is much more natural on morphine,you are more active and experience much more euphoria from the high.
When you do it like me and only take half of what you are prescribed normally and then take a megadose now and then you are just as high as if u were to take alot of heroin. The extended release capsules i get a called substitol and are 200 mg each. The beads are easily dissolved in hot water which gets you instant release morphine(basically oramorph). I often take it that way and like this its nearly indistinguishable from heroin. For people who are heavy iv addicts we even have iv diamorphine substitution. You can go 2-3 times daily and get up to 300 mg pure diamorphine per shot,which is a insane dosage. If you get this kind of dosage you cannot hold yourself with street heroin anymore .

Here in germany its the same way with private doctors. If you go to private pain clinics you can pretty much get anything but the meds are very expensive. 560 € for 100 pc 80 mg oxycodone. I knew one guy who used to get 64 mg hydromorphone tablets from a private doctor(!!!) which is the max dosage allowed here in germany.

Yeah it makes a lot of sense. In the UK we even used to have diamorphine substitution - so literal pharma grade heroin - but we switched to using methadone and buprenorphine despite the success of diamorphine substitute purely due to political pressure. Bullshit ain't it?

And yeah haha sounds no different with the private docs. If you can afford the private doctor you can get whatever you want. €560 for 100x 80mg oxy is madness though, literally my dealer gives me a better price than that! 64mg hydromorphone though holy fuck!

Over here in the UK benzos are very hard to get prescribed, harder to get than opiates even. But I saw a private psychiatrist (covered under insurance thankfully) and got a repeat script for diazepam which I later got switched to clonazepam 2mg instead. To this day I am scripted 2-4mg clonazepam as needed. In reality I only use 1-2mg as needed. But it's mad they upped me from diazepam 5mg to clonazepam 2mg with the same dosing instructions. No real indication was given to me about just how much stronger clonazepam is compared to diazepam either. Thankfully I obviously know already, but most patients wouldn't. Mad to put someone straight from diazepam 5mg to clonazepam 2mg but hey I didn't complain ;)

Here in frankfurt you literally get benzos thrown after you. Mad cheap. 100x 2 mg clonazepam for 30-40€. Very easy to get from private doctors aswell,but unlike opioids bezos are very cheap at the pharmacy even with private script. I believe you pay 15 € for 100x 2 mg clonazepam at the pharmacy.
