Been wanting to try it for about 4 years and with the incoming leginazislation I'm thinking of taking the plunge soon.
(I think I've asked this forum on 5 separate occasions now and not found one person...)
 
not sampled but was reading up on it, seems that if you have any way of a tolerance it can be quite expensive to use. Think I will stick with good ol' smack tbh
 
It's far from expensive in the grand scheme of things but all reports point to a typical full-agonist PPD duration: ~1h between redoses to maintain. Supposed to be 7.5x Morphine when mainlined but only 1.5x if used intranasally or orally so it'd be either cheap or extortionate with little in between. :(
 
Yeah that's what I was reading, also doesn't seem to be that amazing, just a run of the mill opiate, Sure I'd give it a go but it wouldn't be something I went outta my way to procure
 
Seems it's being pre-diluted into nasal sprays without it even being mentioned to the buyer, too.
Though I suppose the wave of deaths in the US after A/B-F was sold as powder makes it a far more sensible idea - I just don't trust anyone, especially someone making money off it, to volumetrically dose for me. Either it's getting ripped off, done correctly, or pretty much begging for an accidental OD.
 
Yeah mate, totally, I lost a friend ( well, an online friend) recently due to a-fent, seems to be a VERY popular cut in the US these days, told the moron to be careful as he was getting from a new source, shame :( RIP Brad

It's fucking ridiculous that they were ever released in the first place, at least on such a wide scale.
A-F was available "underground" since at least the mid-90's, obviously used as a Heroin cut by some dealers. It's not exactly ridiculously potent but just flinging grams of PPD Opioids in powder form at anyone with a bank account is just grotesque.

Half of the NE is now flooded with ridiculously potent drugs that should never have been sold.
 
Yeah man, tbh the whole scene in the us is fucked up, the painpill epidemic was the perfect breeding ground for creating a generation of junkies, pretty sad really, you gotta wonder was this the plan all along, I mean it was fucking ridiculously irresponsible
 
Anyone with half a clue foresaw the spike in H users post '10/'11 but I don't think anyone expected the mainstream domestic suppliers to start flinging Fent analogues out. They were always firmly opposed to any Opioid RC, even in Europe how much attention did O-DT and AH really get?
Then within six months of releasing an Opioid 0.1x Fentanyl (still 10x Morphine...) with a longer duration they chose one 0.25x Fentanyl but with a massively reduced half-life. Literally the most fucking dangerous modification they could have made, opioid crack has fuck all on the para-fluorinated analogue.
 
Yeah I really don't see the attraction to fent, The few times I tried it I enjoyed it but I can see how dangerous it is, 45 min cold n sterile euphoria then 6 hrs resp depression, it really is the worst drug to be released to the recreational market
 
Eh, I spent months smoking/shooting Fent and I know exactly what you mean about the "cold" feeling, no warm blanket but just pure apathetic anaestethic bliss. Most hate the "heaviness", but for me that is what made it so beautiful: instant oblivion. Hell, I even wrote an ode to the shit.
Generally the only people who access and use Fentanyl Citrate are those with decent connections, a solid habit, intimate knowledge of how ridiculously potent it is and the capability to dilute/handle it - and still it drops people left, right and centre.

I'm so glad our Fentanyl laws covered A/B-F, I know for absolute certain I'd have bought a few hundred grams and be dead by the fifth one.
 
It's odd isn't it, it really does feel cold, shallow, empty and yes, the void! thats the word I associate with fent, whereas heroin has this charming warm friendly quality, fent is the polar opposite

Ugh, the tolerance climb is worse than anything else, makes Heroin look like child's play. Pretty much double dose every fortnight, which obviously becomes exponential pretty quickly: 100ug to 200ug to 400ug to 800ug to 1.6mg to 3.2mg ad infinitum.

It basically just shags your receptors into oblivion with rapid admin. (vaped/IV) due to the obscene affinity and the pretty much hourly redosing.
It didn't seem so bad when using SL/buccal, funnily enough never even tried transdermal.
 
I was prescribed the duragesic fent patches a few years ago. I started on 75mcg/hour in the February and by the April i was on 300mcg/hour (changed every 48 hours) and was still running out early....

After than my pain management blome switched me to physeptone tabs (180mg/day)....thats when the trouble really began..:)

Yeah i know mate. Id been in pain management for 20 years. I stopped the lot cold turkey too....

Was pretty rough to say the least but ive been off everything for 8 months now.
 
300ug/hr? That's like 7.2mg if absorbed efficiently.
Fuckkkk, it took me years and years of Smack/Morphine/Needles to get to that point, and mine was recreational! 8o
