Got a full house, (Crack, Smack, Benzos, Speed and MDMA) on my drug dip test so she's started me on a supervised Subutex script. 4mg's to take away today, then 8mg's supervised pick up daily, but take home on weekends thank fuck! Cherry is leaving Smackville. Hopefully!!

Snoo 4 the day i rekon.
8mg should see you fine n having it supervised is good at the start , this has made me happy:)

Don't wan't to take my 4mg yet as I don't fancy going into forced WD's as I only stopped smoking at 5am. I'll wait til later. Can't be arsed to walk to the chemist yet anyway. Still not been to bed and there's no sign of sleep yet.
 
Don't pin, please. It was the worse decision I ever made. 6 months down the line i'm doing my cluck now, almost clean but residual symptoms wont go. And lost alot of people that cared about me through it.

Parents are offering me to go to a rehab, and I genuinely feel ready this time to quit gear, and I only hope I can. I hate that fucking drug so much, but yet love it.
 
day two! feeling a bit rough and tired. vomited so much yesterday. just in pub being treated to lunch by my boy as he was a ketamine twat yesterday then going chemist for my supervised dose. the test will be the weekend when they give me it to take home.
 
they only do it for sat and sun. not enough time for the half life of subs to leave me for me to use. just discovered food is hard work as i hardly managed to keep anything down yesterday. having hot and cold flushes. i sympathise with women going through the menopause!

It will take afew days to even out , but don't panic all will come good.
By Monday at the latest your visit to Smacktown will start to become adistant memory.
The brain is very good at playing tricks n making us think we need stuff when we don't.
Your probably over the worst now or will be by 2moro.
U also have the blocking effect of Subs which is very good when things are a bit hard , just think if you were to pick up again all your hard work would be in veign.
Also i find that drinking can sometimes make Opiods less effective this maybe worth bearing in mind.

Rehab ain't so bad to be honest. You need to make the most it , not everyone gets such a chance. Iv made some very good friends in them.
I really regret not getting the most from my time there. I'll never get funding again after fucking up 4 times.

Cheers for the support guys, just abit daunting thing to try get my head round. I can't sleep for past week, let alone tonight know i'm going in tomorrow at 11am.
 
going on a little sabbatical for the next 4-6 weeks.being to 3 festivals last few weeks and a few nites out in between so giving it a break for a while.
i reckon if i went out this fri nite i would need about 8-10 pills to have a good nite plus also doing 2Cs n acid and weed.
the funny/sad thing is i have no after affects or come down after my binges.
 
Good decision to leave it there. Best to get your tolerance down after sessions like that and take care of yerself a bit. :)

I'm on night six with no booze, no benzos tonight either. Loads of weed and a bit of opioid action though. So I'll shuffle out of the sabbatical thread quietly...
 
Well I am going to be taking a big step starting tomorrow. I know it is not a drug sabbatical but I am going to be taking a 3 month long gambling sabbatical, as I know that as soon as I get paid I will deposit money into poker and will probably spend about £200 next month playing it, so have contacted the poker sites and asked them to ban me for 3 months which they will do.

Is a a big thing for me actually, taking the step to stop myself from throwing away so much money to poker, even though last month I finished in profit if it hadn't been for a few lucky pots I would have finished a lot in the negative.

I know it isn't drugs, but gambling and poker are in the same league so I feel it is alright to post about this here. Hope people don't mind.
 
Aw that sounds like a really good idea Mugz, it's ace that you have actually taken steps to make sure you won't be tempted, so many times people have good intentions but are sucked back in...

I hope it goes okay. Find something new to fill the time you used to spend gambling! :)

When do yo think u will start your new job bTw be nice 2 have another wee sesh my pal was sayin how he thlought you were sound , especcially as you 10 years younger not that it matters but some men of your age can be well you no!
Stay off them tables mate you'll probably save a fortune enuff 4 a decent holiday anyway.
 
Gambling's extremely addictive for many, so well done on taking those steps Mugz.

Need to have a big break from it though as I get tempted and deposit as soon as I have any money. Is quite a big problem and I knew this a while back, just convinced myself it wasn't as it wasn't affecting my life too negatively, but I know it could easily do if I did what I did this month and didn't get lucky and win.

Not sure mate, it will be 6 or 7 weeks at the earliest, could be a bit longer, be good to have another session with your mate again though, was a good night.
