I just had a MASSIVE dopamine hit from a 22mg nicotine e-cigarette. It feels unreal. :)

My mood just shot up nearly instantly. IT feels so nice to have Dopamine hits.

Edit: And the MASSIVE hit of Dopamine made me throw up everywhere. I feel so high lol

Anybody tried coconut oil?
I heard it really helps in the wash-out process.

Fortunately, with nearly 400 mgs of that trash I wasn't as effected as a lot of others. There is still a long way to go being only 2 months out, but I will continue to post of my progress.

I never tried coconut oil to be honest - but it could work?

What worked for me was LOTS of caffeine, nicotine, aspartame found in diet coke and TIME most importantly.

To be honest I feel so much better then pre Invega and Abilify. Please keep us posted in your progress. :)

Here's what I do:

Macuna L-Dopa and Ashwagandha first thing in the morning with Green Tea

1 or to cups of strong dark coffee for serotonin

I do a garlic cayenne pepper drink around noon for wash-out binding

Lot's of fruit and dark green veggies

And at night I do the Mucuna again with Green Tea

Then, right before crash time I'll get two tablespoons of Extra-Virgin Unrefined Expeller-Pressed Coconut Oil for cleaning my blood with the SLS.

* Get fresh coconut 3-5 a week and consume every bit of them (that's edible)
** Also, get a box or two if you can't find good cans of coconut water and drink copiously
*** And don't forget the Coconut Oil and lot's of Cayenne Pepper and Garlic the next day to bind and flush
 
In addition-

Mozarella Cheese for thyroid refunctionality

And Turmeric and Peppercorn for hormonal balance per Gyno concern
 
Don't miss a beat for 6-9 months

* GET PROLACTIN TESTS ONCE EVERY 30-40 DAYS! Your prolactin levels will reveal how much of the Sustenna nuclear waste is in your body.
Before you test don't use any of the beforementioned methods of treatment for 24hrs. Only the Ashwagandha will still be working it's magic.

*Please note that Ashwagandha takes 2 weeks to become effective.
 
Beneficial as well-

Natural Sources of Zinc, Vitamin B-6, Niacin, Calcium and D, Manganese, Magnesium, Pro-Biotic Yogurt (at least twice a week), and Vitamin E
 
@dirtyinvega: have you recovered your emotions/pleasure while listenning to music? Do you have libido now?
I have about 6 mg of invega I feel sometimes little waves of emotions but it doesn't last long... I hope I'll fully recover

@anhedonia67 The emotions are back more then ever - they're really strong now.

Yes I can enjoy music to the fullest and I bloody love it too. The emotions start off very soft and get stronger and stronger over time in the healing progress. To the libido - yes it come back aswell.

You will recover. It has taken me about 9-10 months to heal. Are you taking tablets or the injection?
 
I had injections. 2 days ago I reached the 6th half life and I have about 6 mgs in my blood. How many shots did you have ? Thx a lot you gave me hope!

That sucks arse. The injection is the worse kind of poison I have come cross. I had I think 6 shots. then I moved over to Abilify tablets and that to was poison to me. Whatever you do don't touch Abilify aswell.

As you can see from my post I stopped taking it/Abilify 5/6 days and the improvements have been massive. I nearly lost hope aswell. I'm glad I have given you hope. :)

I think I would of healed much quicker If I wasn't on Abilify tablets at the same time as I was going though the withdrawal of Invega. AS you can see Rosi71 is at 14 months off the injections and shes seen very little improvements I feel so really sorry for her.

Yes I read about Rosi's case, actually I read the hole thread, maybe she is depressed about the absence of her child that's perhaps why she doesn't get feelings... I would advise her to change her way of life and begin sport, it helped me a lot to speed up the recovery process even though my emotions still come as waves, I only hope for a stabilization and stronger feelings. I'll give you news in this thread, thx dirtyinvega :)

You will recover mate. I wish you a speedy recovery. :)

I think Rosi71 has melancholic depression which results in loss emotions aswell.
 
I thought I had recovered yesterday. I was wrong. Im still depressed i feel empty and have no emotions. When I take klonopin and smoke a ton of weed i feel happy / normal but its only temporary. I just started on klonopin but im gonna stop because benzos are a whole nother monster to deal with. Anyways im gonna continue to remain positive and pray i heal from this mess.
 
Actually im doing much better emotionally lately im starting to get some old feelings back but everything just feels dull
 
I'm able to feel slightly, although I totally don't feel like myself. I'd say depersonalization and depressed. I just feel horrible.
I've got this cotton mouth thing where my tongue sticks to the roof of my mouth. I'm going through very mild tardive dyskinsia and there are obviously cognitive issues.
How long til you think that will all clear up?
