Codeine Extraction

Just a note, I did a syphon filter of some Nurofen plus. Normally with a CWE no matter how well I filter it often still comes through slightly milky as opposed to other brands that come through clear. The syphon filter however came out crystal clear :)
 
If you have any dihydrocodeine based meds, then thats good stuff. Easy to convert to dihydromorphine.
 
what meds could contain dihydrocodeine? and how (supposedly) could this be converted to dihydromorphine?

im intrigued

yeah i usually found that CWEs with nurofen plus werent as good as panadeine ones or other generic brands.

regard to the dihydrocodeine cough mixture, you have to ask the pharamacist for these right? there not on the shelf are they? or am i just not lookin hard enough?
 
ive seen it at two pharmacies of the 7 i go to. At both of these pharmacies its on the shelf right behind the counter at eye level. In 3 sizes.

Never tried it though.

panafen plus is the same amount of codeine and ibuprofen, I think it would probably be easier to crush. Its about half the price as well.

I'll 2nd that. Chemist's own is unreal! Cheap, dissolves super fast and filters really well. Amcal brand is also very good.
 
So its not the ibuprofen in neurofen that makes it messy to extract the codeine? Most paracetamol + codeine max out at 9mg per pill while the ibuprofen + codeine are mostly 12.8mg so would obviously prefer the latter.
 
I think its a binder in nurofen plus that causes the cloudy solution. Not certen but other ibprofen-codeine mixes iv had water clear. Nurofen plus is shit.

You can easily find paracetamol and codeine tablets that contain 10mg codeine. These are much better than N+ where you may sart with more codeine, but you lose heaps more in the process.

Just make sure not to get the Chemists Own yellow capsules... they filter the same as the white tablets but you can't tell whether the solution is clear or not because the water is completely yellow 8(

It's been ages since I dosed up on codeine, I think a nice little 24-pack will be my reward after a hard week of study =D

Grab the panadeine plus 'extra strength' its 15mgs per tablet, and doesnt take too long to cwe, LOL I didnt think ill be hard up and do a cwe of codeine, but last weekend I was stuck in a small dump of a town, and there was nothing else but panadeine, heh.
