300mg today with little effect,:( bit of a bummer dosnt last long enuf, also i read somewheree that 400mg was like the max daily dose 4 codiene mainly coz of ur liver, yet iv read here of folk takin like 500mg. just how much is possible to have in one day? my filtrations have been nice n clear last few times and double washed it etc so im sure im gettin the max codiene, just not tha max effect.. onto PST tonight

My understanding is that the maximum codeine your liver can convert into morphine is 400mg. Subsequent doses of codeine throughtout the day will be weaker then the first one you have. I have dosed twice in one day, waiting six hours between doses. And even though I still felt high it was nowhere as near as good as the first dose.

^ many thanks.:) had the tea n am feelin much bettter, i think its time 4 me to give the CWE a rest 4 a while, the other days buzz was ok, but yer not so much joy 2 day, the tea has been workin better its just i hate to have 2 drink so much of the horrid shit. will post results if i cave on the CWE though weel c.

dunno why i wasted my time today, had tea in the morning, not that great ended up inbetween benzos extracting last 200 mg of codiene i had, totaly fucked i had no wed, that kicks things along fabuloulsy, i posted yesteday i would have abreak.. wow look how far i made it , wow am i proud 8o

Yeah that sucks. That's opiates for you, so hard to stay in control. I've been trying to take a week or 2 off codeine and PST for 4 months now, just can't seem to do it. I'm usually a pretty motivated person too, just can't seem to take this bull by the horns. I feel your pain....
 
I'm finding it real hard to get a kick out of this stuff, have been taking ~150mg

What mg do u guys recommended?

I've smoked abit of harry in the past and it was heaps better than this, maybe my dosage is too low, or does it not compare to the real deal?
 
try going for around 350mg that should be good. Wont be nowhere near as good as harry but you should enjoy it.
 
~300mg is definitely worth trying if 150mg does jack-shit, just be sure to take some antihistamines at least 40 miutes beforehand as the itching tends to ruin the experience for many people at that level.

But don't expect it to be like heroin. If it was anything like H it wouldn't be sold over the counter, that's for sure.
 
If you ain't in for the quick and dirty product coming off the CWE, try this with panafen+:

Cold, dry ethanol - a minimal amount - will remove most of the worst gaaks (vac filter - don't know what I mean, don't try it)

Use cold water to dissolve the filter cake and wash it through the filter.

Base the shit with sodium carbonate/sodium bicarbonate/sodium hydroxide till the codeine base precipitates. Vac Filter.

Wash the precipitated codeine through the filter with a minimal amount of cold, dry alc and crystallise.

Cold, dry alcohol an issue? Get isopropyl alc, add salt, allow to stand. It will separate, remove the water, keep the alcohol (hint, alcohol is less dense than water).

Losses should be absolutely minimal.
 
i need some guidance currently doing a cwe with 2 chemists own (10mgs cod, 500para) and 20 dymadon (8mgcod 500para so same thing really). I have heard chemists own works but i hear some reports of cwe not working with para. so i have it in the fridge now i know what to do. when i filter it into a glass should the water be clear or something?
 
Yes, the water should be nice and clear. Para works perfectley, ibuprofen is what gives you issues.

Also, on the topic of double-boiling, did it again on the weekend. Worked perfectley, it pretty much crystalised! Sadly, I gave it to a friend whom we then found out can't metabolise Codeine. Bugger.

I'll be doing up some photos and a how-to soon.

Spend $2 and buy a microfibre cloth/towel, these things are awesome for use as a filter.

It doesn't let any precipitate/solid through at all, and you can squeeze them quite hard so that you are left with a clump of clay-like substance. Also means it's easier to get the stuff off to do a rewash.

I know this is an old post, but can you (or someone else) recommend a specific brand/product type for doing this? I'd actually like to try this, I'm getting sick of having to buy filters all the time.

I've never read a report of paracetamol not working, have you got a link to one of these?
 
my question is, if i start off with 60mls of water when i put the pills in, yet there is less to drink at the end after i've filtered it, that means some of the water is like in all the gooey stuff doesnt it? as in it doesnt mean ive wasted any i still get the amount of codiene i expected, right?
