Benzos Alprazolam vs Valium vs Clonazepam

deXo, take the 2 pills, if it's not enough take one more till you're set. They have long half-lives. But of course don't do all the bottle. Honestly, I don't think you need this kind of advice, "will they get me high" and so on. Just do it (like old Nancy said) and see by yourself.
 
But I only have those two, I wasn't given a bottle; I'm given two each day. I've decided to wait until tomorrow with eating them so I can eat 4 at once. Thank you for your advice loulou_reed, that was the exact kind of answer I was hoping for. I also appreciate your answer muie but I only have Oxazepam. If I'm lucky I'll switch to Diazepam soon though.
 
I just ate 4 Oxazes, that is, 60mg. That oughta be enough, but since today is friday I was given 6 Oxazes (because they are closed in the weekend so they give me two for friday and two for saturday and sunday, so 6 in all) and that means I can redose with another 4 if I don't feel anything... But I think I'm already starting to feel something actually. I'll keep you up to speed on my high as it progresses.
 
Well what do you know. I ate all 8 eventually and I felt... nothing! Nothing noticeable anyway. I may have felt slighty sedated at some point (lasting nomore than a few minutes), so naturally I've hatched an evil plan: On monday when I go get my meds, I will schedule a meeting with my doctor. Then I will ask my dad to invite me to go see a movie together. He always gives me some money to buy candy for the movie when we do that, and obviously I am going to keep the money instead of buying the candy (I'll buy a small amount of candy to avoid raising suspicion). Then after the movie I'm going to ask for a loan (the amount of cash I will be asking for will depend on how much money he gives me for candy). Then I'll wait 'till my doctor's appointment, ask for Diazepam, and if I'm turned down once again I'll buy either Flunitrazepam from the street or Nitrazepam from the Internet.

I know that plan seems a little desperate and I may not even carry it out but right now I'm in a mild state of rage due to the Oxa. I'm suspecting my doctor doesn't trust that I'll use it properly and therefore prescribes me the weakest of the weakest of the benzos. I mean come on doc, I'm a heroin addict for crying out loud, I didn't just hit my pinky with a hammer.

Apart from it being a bad idea and yadda yadda yadda, what do you think of the plan? Give me any thoughts you have on it; any opinions, any thoughts on whether I'm going to succeed, whether you would do the same or something similiar or maybe WHAT you would do in my situation? And finally, would you buy Roofies from the street (pretty limited amount, roofies are expensive where I live but pretty much always available) or from the Internet? (Takes an eternity for them to arrive and there's a risk they won't... AND a risk that you'll face some sort of charges... But the amount is most satisfactory.)

whats that mean? no one told you to GTFO or anything.
He only said grow up and get a hold of yourself.. meaning think your plan over and see how ridiculous it is.. i mean if you needed benzo's so badly, you would have bought them off the street by now. and dont use your family for getting your drugs. they're your drugs not theirs so they shouldn't (unknowingly) pay for you to get them.

I don't mean to sound like an ass but it's just... why would you go through ALL THAT to just get a script of diazepam??

if your plan fails. ask for a combo of clonidine and vistaril for anxiety or w/e you need it for.. those two put together imitates the feeling of benzo's so good sometimes that i cant tell if i took my valium ,xanax, or that combo.. clonidine is a blood pressure med ( if your a H addict i bet you've heard of it before), and Vistaril is an antihistamine with anti anxiety properties.. both together produces sedation and an anxiety free state. this is "part" of my combo for W/D's..
Just don't get your mind set on benzo's and refuse any other treatment than "what you want" be open for new options and ideas.. Thats all i have to say..

I knew from the beginning that my plan was all of that. Childish, selfish, ridiculous, desperate etc. etc.. I'm not even trying to prove whomever thinks that way of my 'plan' wrong, because on the contrary they are probably right. But Volcano's kind of answer is simply not one that I want. It may be exactly what I need to do (grow up and get ahold of my self) but I'm not there yet, and until I am I will not accept that answer. So the reason why I said what I said is that if I cannot speak freely (like coming up with a stupid plan like that) without getting such responses, I will not continue to use this site. I am not blaming or resenting anyone, actually I am grateful for all of your support and advice.

HdoubleODeezy: Actually I don't need benzoes at all, I can easily sleep without them, I have no panic attacks, nor do I have trouble socializing or any other psychological problems. Except I may be psychologically addicted to benzoes, but I'm unsure of this. Is it possible to be mentally addicted to a benzo while not being physically addicted? I bought 16mg of Flunitrazepam (8 Rohypnol pills) about a week or two ago and it didn't take me more than a few days to eat them all. I took at least 1 pill everyday while I still had some, but in all I'd say it took me 3 (max 4) days to eat them. Would that be enough to form a habit? I don't think of benzoes all the time, but they do cross my mind several times a day, and if I were to buy heroin or diazepam, I would definitely choose the latter (except in situations where I would need heroin to cope with my withdrawals of course). Especially now that I just wasted a weekends supply of Oxazepam I'm particularly 'hungry' for benzoes as you can imagine. I guess I'm just in a phase of my life where benzoes are my primary intererests when it comes to my use of drugs. A few years ago it was opiates. Before that it was amphetamine and before that hash and alcohol.

What I ended up doing was eating a large quantity of Methadone (160mg to be precise) and that has provided me with a smaller buzz, but what I could really use right now is the feeling I received last week after eating 2mg of Flunitrazepam. Earlier today I went on Erowid and read a couple of Diazepam experiences, and it seems Valium could be what I'm looking for. It's not Flunitrazepam nor Nitrazepam so my doctor may even be willing to prescribe it to me. Actually I'm pretty stoned from the Methadone, I think I'll take a nap afther completing this post. But something good happened: I'm due for a job interview soon as a programmer (another hobby of mine, medicine/drugs being the other one), so that may be what will help be grow up and get ahold of my self and lay off the benzoes and opiates.
 
In fact I live in Japan and prescribed Fludiazepam (brand name: Erispan) only 0.25 mg tablet is available, and this medicine is for neurosis than anxiety or depression. In Japan there are many articles about benzodiazepines, for example SAR, characteristics (hypnotic, anticonvulsant, anti-conflict, or anti-anxiety and so on), in Japanese language. According to these, Fludiazepam is 8 fold stronger than Diazepam at anti-conflict effect, however, about half of hypnotic effect. This medicine is completely for therapeutic use, no recreational value, but very effective without unexpected sedative effect for neurosis like social anxiety or fear from trauma, and so on. half life is about 23h but maybe metabolite Desmethylfludiazepam has longer half life than Fludiazepam itself (This is also metabolite of Ethyl Loflazepate). 0.5 mg is Equivalent to 5 mg Diazepam (in Japanese medical article). While not so strong but very potent for therapeutic value, I wonder why this medicine is not available without Japan.
 
And I shall offer information about benzodiazepines from some Japanese article; maybe it is the most progressed in this area (Sedatives) in my country.

・Anticonvulsant effect:
1 position: -H or -CH3 ≫ others
7 position: -NO2 ≫ -Cl, and in my hypothesis, maybe -NO2≒-Br.
Benzene ring ('2): No relationship

・Hypnotic effect:
1 position: -CH3 ≫ -H
7 position: -NO2 ＞ -Cl
Benzene ring: -Cl ＞ -F

・Anti-anxiety effect
1 position: Complex ＞ -H or -CH3
7 position: little evidence of relationship
Benzene ring: -F ＞ -Cl

・Anti-conflict effect:
1 position: -CH3 ≫ -H
7 position: little evidence of relationship, maybe -br ＞ others
Benzene ring: -F ≫ no substitution ＞ -Cl

・Dependence inducing ability:
Depends on ONLY half life, not whether having "euphoric feeling" or not.
(Dependence and abuse are COMPLETELY different, especially benzodiazepines)

・Abuse potencial:
1 position: Triazolo (The most huge element) ≫ -CH3 ≫ -H ＞ others
3 position: -OH ≧ no substitution ≫ -COOX (X=ester or alkaline metals)
7 position: -NO2 ≫ others, but not always applied (Ex: Clonazepam is relatively low abuse potential, but Nimetazepam is the most, and Flunitrazepam also very high)
Benzene ring: -Cl ＞ no substitution ≧ -F
Half life: The shorter half life it has, the more abuse potential exists.

・Half life
1 position: Triazolo ＞ others
3 position: -COOC2H5 ≫ -COOX (X=K, or alkaline metals) ≫ no substitution ≫ -OH
Benzene ring: Phenyl ＞ others

And in my opinion, for therapeutic purpose Fludiazepam, Lormetazepam, and Loflazepate have the best ratio of safety, efficacy / abuse and dependence potential. Next choice might be Clonazepam or феназепам in low doses (never exceed 1.0mg /d). In Japan, Etizolam is the most prescribed benzo (thieno)diazepines, not only psychiatric disorder but also only for mild muscle tension problem, but this has too strong effect for prescribe in these symptom, moreover, high abuse and dependence potential (Generally thinking this could not justify to prescribe mild symptom), maybe this is why Etizolam is not approved without Japan.
 
And I do not agree with your opinion that Etizolam is similar to Phenazepam (феназепам). In structure, the former is Thienotriazolo and the latter has "classical" type, only one change that -NO2 to -Br from Clonazepam (This change has very tiny affect for property of the activity, but -NO2 is relatively easily metabolised to hydrophilic -NH2 but -Br cannot be metabolised so the half life is dramatically longer than Clonazepam). The former has short half life (about 6h) and the latter has very long (about 60-90h). The latter has strong Anti-conflict effect but the former is weak. The similarity is only both has strong sedative / hypnotic effect, but I cannot find otherwise.
 
I don't see my favorite on the list. I like Ativan the best. I first tried it in rehab. It relieved my anxiety a good amount but without making me too drowsy or too tired. I recently got some 1 mg Xanax I would take one and wait for it to kick in and after a bit I would start to feel a little relaxed then next thing I know I am falling asleep, no matter what time of day it is. I only usually sleep for a couple hours max, so it's more like passing out. In short I can function better on Ativan and enjoy it's milder effects, I would take Ativan daily where Xanax would be perfect for reserving for a long plane ride. Obviously this is just my opinion, I assume a majority of people would prefer Xanax no matter what the circumstance.
 
Enough of the here say here is the true answer!!

Kolonopin is the strongest benzo, although Xanax and Kolonopin are rated the same potency the Ashton Manual (Google it, interesting stuff) Kolonopin lasts longer than Xanax because Xanax has an extremely short half life. Every 1 mg Xanax and Kolonopin is equal to 20 mg of Valium, but Kolonopin slaughters Xanax because Xanax is a short acting benzo.

You people can not argue with this because there is proof all over the internet.
 
I like Valium better than Xanax, infact best out of all benzos I've tried.
Valium feels like a natural calm, Xanax feels slightly intoxicating, like having a few light beers on top of valium. makes ya confident but not chilled like vals. & as abrupt w/d cuz it only has short HL.

just like the natural feeling of vals, better than temaz as well.. just makes ya feel "sleepy" to a point that is slightly less natural to Vals.

that being said I all benzos feel pretty much the same. just picking up on there minor differences.

btw for anyone who doesn't know Valium has metabolits of Temazepam, Oxazepam, & Nor-diazepam. Plus the Diazepam itself ofcourse.

Would be interesting to know how much 10mg of Val converts into Temaz & Oxaz.
It would be also interesting to know how greatly using Valium sublingually lessons the high because u would be missing out on it's metabolits. right?
