Walkings better than no exercise at all, its also free which is always an added bonus
 
Yeah %) small steps ey, at the moment I do fuck all so walking to work and back will be a big achievement.
 
It sounds like you may even save bus fare or something.

I reckon an hours walking, 5 x a week is good going.

Now were going to be coming into spring/summer is the ideal time to go for it, if you give it a try and dont like it theres nothing lost.

the boy here wouldve bought one of those 2nd hand on ebay if he could brimz, he's wanted one for ages, but theyre always for sale as a 'pick up' only ... and usually at the other end of the country unfortunately

I just asked him how much he weighs and he said he's about 14 1/4 stone atm. his maximum was 16 when he was training properly last year.
he's only 5ft 7-8 tho, and not even remotely chubby, just a little bit on the belly maybe.

you guys are tall & skinny buggers. I think he'd gladly trade some height inches for the muscle weight tho ;p

On the subject of weight i weigh 10n half stone . When i eat properly , if i stop eating proper for 2 weeks i would be down to 9 straight away.
Most folk on Methadone weigh about half to a stone less than tey should.

I do get a fair bit of exercise not as much as b4 i damaged my leg again but the doc said i should carry on as it will improve the circulation in the longterm.
 
Yes I do realise this, it's the only reason I continue doing cardio. However you are speaking a fair bit of sense really as I see my friend who does no cardio whatsoever and basically everything else the same as me is getting more out of it than I seem to be. I've decided as of today no more cardio and I'm just going to bulk til july/august, not ideal as I'd like to maintain my rippedness for the festivals in the summer but fuck it I doubt I loose out on many birds either way. I also have a bit of a cunt with bulking foods as my whole family now bar me and my uncle are vegitarian, the mother is not that bothered about me cooking chicken etc but hates the smell of bacon, beef and whatever else, hardly ideal. I spend most of my money cramming that in when I'm out, well that and booze. This weekend I'm not going to drink until sat. I'll take on board what you said about 4 days a week rather than 5 aswell as it's been said before and elsewhere online.



This is interesting cos I've gone from literally the same except I cannot if my life depended on it touch more than 70kgs on the bench. Probably because I haven't actually bulked properly concidering cardio and weekend booze/cocaine binges I'm probably doing quite well to be at 70. Your story interests me quite a bit.



I do indeed know what I'm talking about I've put hours of reading into it. I know about tbol but 10ml of tri test 400mg/ml one injection a week is always going to do more than any oral. I would have to be t total sober though, I already have a short fuse at the best of times and particularly when drunk. I'm going to do it but I think I'll bulk then cut first, and see if I can make massive gains if I can gain a stone easily without anything bar diet and hard training at the gym 4 days a week I'll review my thoughts. The likes of tren fuck that, my best mate is 16 stone of absolute machine, taken most roids and is only about 5,8 ish. When he took tren he seemed to want to kill anyone who said the wrong thing, it also made him far too cheeky and full of himself. I understand test is going to make me even more of a boy in that respect but tren seems to send people utterly insane, you dont really need cutter roids I dont see the point in them cutting naturally is not hard anyway. Just make sure I have arimidex and I'll lower the test dosage to half a ml a week for the last 4 weeks making it 12 weeks rather than 10 ease off it add arimidex last 5 weeks of it.



Bang on 6ft mate, but I think if I go flat out bulk and leave the cardio I'd probably gain much faster than most will. I'll leave the roids for now because you are probably right about this but once I get upto about 13 stone ripped then I'll do it. I just want to be an absolute machine!!!!

I know little about roids except what i've learnt from the Guys that have to get their Syringes from the same place as Me.

How long have yyou been using em and have you had any bad side effect s?

I've heard some crazy stories,
One was about a guy that got locked up He was a Big Time Steriod abuser .and went insane a side effect of his excessive use.
Whilst locked up he ran in to a brick wall head first repeatedley in an attempt to kill himself he did as well .
His parents were devastated it was very sad

This was on TV many years ago a Doc. about Roid Use it truely scarred the shit out of me .
I may have alook for it on You Tube it was a good while ago mind
 
Brimz, once I have a bike do you fancy doing the Bath-Brizzle cycle? Can take a bike on the train and meet up. Would be lush on a sunny day :)

Then we should go to the Jolly sailor Pub In Saltford they got a massive garden it's by the river a loch actally and theirs alittle island that you can go on for Privacy say if you wanted a ciggy a roll up maybe;)

Theirs a bike place in Bristol like the one hear wgere you can get a decent rebuilt one it's sponsored by the Homeless Charity & many of the workers are ex addicts its a great organisation for the community.
 
^ ah sweet, I'll check that out. I do want to get a bike yes, been meaning to for ages :) That sounds like an excellent plan, I'll get Cherry involved too. Exercise, food, cider and.. roll ups.. that's my kind of work out :D

@ effie: that's a ton of walking if youre gonna be working 5 days a week. and if it's not part of your regular daily routine now it's not to be sniffed at. if youre walking that much you could also give those curved shoes ago, cant remember the name of em, but i know lots of brands are making them now. theyre supposed to work your calves harder, or something ... not sure. my mate who does kickboxing, pole-dancing and a bit of mountain trekking swears by them. she is a bit of a fad queen though, but I'd certainly give them a trial if i were going to be walking for an hour a day
 
^ Oh I've heard of those. I'll wait and see if this walking to and from work every day materialises before investing in something like that but that is a good idea. I'm determined to get off my arse and do something, it's shocking how little exercise I get.. it's good to hear a positive review, couldn't work out if they were just a gimmick or not.

Pole dancing is something I've fancied for a while too, was chatting to a mate about it the other day. The trouble is the classes are fairly pricey and I couldn't get my own practice pole as I've got high sloped ceilings in my flat.. hmm.

@ brimz: I'll ask him when he gets back .. although that'll just unleash a torrent of meticulously boring bike detail and history & i normally try to avoid triggering that ... same goes for weightlifting, environmental issues, the local council ... 10 minutes is about my limit before I just start to auto-nod in the right places. lawdy i'm a cunt.

A couple of my mates do that (I mean go to classes, not strip for old men), they both say it's great. Unfortunately they won't let me come along to "observe". Selfish boots!

Walking through the airport in Berlin last week I pointed out a bird's mad Adidas trainers to my mate, who then in reply pointed out her fantastic arse. She was right in front of us for a longish walk & I couldn't help but stare at it haha, felt pure creepy & para in case someone caught me but even when I tried to look away as soon as I stopped thinking about it my eyes just automatically settled back on her arse again lol.
