agreed, i used to go gym once/twice a week, but cant be doing with the cost of it when its not that needed. better use for funds elsewhere. plus ive got weights and other stuff in my garage
I only started the gym 2 months ago, from 60kg to 68kg (6'2") and I now actually have arms rather than skinny sticks, feels nice.
Just gonna keep goin at this rate, doubt I have any need for chemicals or supplements.

Once off cycle, unless PCT is perfect, they'll still be suppressed (not producing any of their own testosterone) have an estrogen rebound from the AI and SERMS they were using, loose all that water weight, all the muscle and strength gains will disappear because they never really learned what it takes (diet & hard training) to maintain that mass.
Yes I do realise this, it's the only reason I continue doing cardio. However you are speaking a fair bit of sense really as I see my friend who does no cardio whatsoever and basically everything else the same as me is getting more out of it than I seem to be. I've decided as of today no more cardio and I'm just going to bulk til july/august, not ideal as I'd like to maintain my rippedness for the festivals in the summer but fuck it I doubt I loose out on many birds either way. I also have a bit of a cunt with bulking foods as my whole family now bar me and my uncle are vegitarian, the mother is not that bothered about me cooking chicken etc but hates the smell of bacon, beef and whatever else, hardly ideal. I spend most of my money cramming that in when I'm out, well that and booze. This weekend I'm not going to drink until sat. I'll take on board what you said about 4 days a week rather than 5 aswell as it's been said before and elsewhere online.
I do indeed know what I'm talking about I've put hours of reading into it. I know about tbol but 10ml of tri test 400mg/ml one injection a week is always going to do more than any oral. I would have to be t total sober though, I already have a short fuse at the best of times and particularly when drunk. I'm going to do it but I think I'll bulk then cut first, and see if I can make massive gains if I can gain a stone easily without anything bar diet and hard training at the gym 4 days a week I'll review my thoughts. The likes of tren fuck that, my best mate is 16 stone of absolute machine, taken most roids and is only about 5,8 ish. When he took tren he seemed to want to kill anyone who said the wrong thing, it also made him far too cheeky and full of himself. I understand test is going to make me even more of a boy in that respect but tren seems to send people utterly insane, you dont really need cutter roids I dont see the point in them cutting naturally is not hard anyway. Just make sure I have arimidex and I'll lower the test dosage to half a ml a week for the last 4 weeks making it 12 weeks rather than 10 ease off it add arimidex last 5 weeks of it.
At 35 I know my body is in decline! It might sound daft, but my natural test level are no doubt sloping off......this is a very key factor to slow gains. At the end of the days Steroids increase testosterone and increase the ability for the body to turn protein into muscle (amongst lots of other shit).
i work out with a guy down the guy who is 24 and was the same weight as me 12 months ago. He started getting his diet sorted and also did a cycle of oral methanabol. He is now 2 stone heavier than me.
Im not a needles man, but have considered to do an oral cycle of roids. But the water look and fat red, spotty face this can lead to is not something i fancy. I also dont fancy all the extra load on the liver that most oral roidsgive. I do fancy gaining lean muslce.
I am still considering running a cycle of the (sold as a) pro-hormone Epistane. This from what i have researched is fairly easy going on the liver, provided very lean (not water retention) gains and in general has few bad side effects.
The thing with training is, what you did to get yourself to a certain point is what you will need to do to stay there.
A lot of naive steroid users think, I'll do a cycle just to get me to to this goal, then that's it, I'll go natural and keep it. Won't happen.

So they're left looking worse than before they started. Then it's either a body obsessed bloke with a shit body, or a body obsessed bloke on the Juice fulltime, bridging becomes TRT, fun times if you like needles.
My advice is to log exactly what you eat and how you train (and adjust it it accordingly), set realistic goals and be consistent. Or get some Anavar down your neck for 8 weeks at 50-100mg.
