I only mentioned the shopping thing for Wibble specifically. :) Thought she'd really like the area and type of frock shops in the jordaan....

Off course I wouldn't just go to Amsterdam to shop - for fuck sake folks, come on =D

So who all from EADD is going?

lets get this back on topic. i want to go and will know if it's possible a couple of months beforehand.
 
according to my lovely new draft rota, that week should be OK, cos it's one of the few weeks of the year that i won't be getting tortured/butchered/eaten in Nigeria.
 
week before glade if i can magic up moneys i want to do both!

And hopefully in the Dam in July too!
 
I most definately plan on going, the only issue is, I don't know how secure my job is at the moment.. Well actually, I know its not very secure at all. I've said many times already, I'll prolly take a week/10 days off and go about the place a bit :)

I'll third Kara's motion. Will have to make it to this one somehow. No idea how, but somehow.

Are there any kind of travel plans being made? Are folks just booking flights or whatever and meeting up at some place somewhere, or lil groups going over together? Well, some of both no doubt. Was thinking about discounts for advance booking, or maybe even group discounts? Don't know if they do such things, but thought it worth an ask. Accommodation too. Few folks chip in for a room and the like.

I will be doing my damnedest to attend, but - as may be obvious - cashflow is a bit of an issue so any possibility of shaving a few pennies off the costs would be a boon.
 
ill most likely be going, also be able to see my friend in the hague :)
 
Shambles: suspect plans are a little far off at this stage. We're looking at getting a hotel with a conference room for discussion/meetup; so you might want to consider booking there (when we actually have a venue).

Alternatively; feel free to start up some plans :)
