wankers say you have to get a cabin for a ferry of a few hours, costing £196.00 return. fuck that.

the newcastle one is overnight and you used to be able to get return deals for £30 including cabin and stuff. you could probably get a plane for not much more than that now though

Just did a quick search, found an aer lingus flight fer 180 incl tax. I'm sure I could find a cheaper one though, like around 150.

Flights from Glasgow or Edinburgh were much of a likeness in price.. around £160 + return depending on the day.

I think I'm going to sit it out a bit longer see if the price comes down a bit.

I was thinking about going mid-week before the big BL meet up.. is anyone else thinking about making a fuller trip out of it?
