the sooner we decide on a date the sooner we can all book flights and accom.
 
i voted for july-sep since i prefer to miss the end of winter here and it allows more time for savings while not being too close to my summer here.

although, my absolute preference is the one where the most of us can attend.
 
so, wouldn't a more productive survey be something like "Which months are a definite "cannot go" months"?

i was thinking we should get a general idea of when people would like this to happen and then look at what events are going on.
 
This will likely be an event in and of itself (if it happens), why schedule it around other events?
 
Certainly not in september, since summer holiday in the Netherlands starts in the first week of july and ends in september, it's much better in mid-summer(july/august) anyway, and Dutchmen can't go when the summerholiday is over, that means no local people who can help out, it won't work.

The official date for Dance Valley 2009 isn't even official yet, like I said, in a few months time the Partyflock(Dutch party related website) website will be updated for the year 2009.

It can be just as hot during spring and the summer in the Netherlands as in Spain, thanks to global warming. Previous summer broke all records in Dutch history if I'm not mistaken, and spring this year as well.

Just to kick this out into BL land.

As far as boarding and plans being made to meetup here and here. I honestly don't want to be the paranoid one but I'll say it, can these particular issues be discussed via encryption?

You know, one example; Brown Rave... And a few other ones...I know there were many circumstances involved, but none the less.

cheaper flights/ferries/accomodation, still warm, and no brats running about cos they're back to school. ;)

I think we have to take into consideration that if its during "School time" a lot of us aren't gonna be able to come.
