Yeah I guess it's a bit of a silly question. With these new drugs nobody really knows. Always looking for reassurance though I guess. Im just hoping with low use any damage will be minimal.

If I may field this question - I'd say it was very similar to amphetamine but a lot cleaner. No bad comedowns, nasty side effects, paranoia/hallucinations etc. Another person commented that they were able to replace their Methamphetamine addiction with this which, although it isn't ideal, it's better. And for some people, it is an aphrodisiac. Although for me it doesn't work in that way until I start to come down.

For me 3-FPM is a nice stimulant weaker than methamphetamine. I quite like the effect though it's a substance is prone to quite a lot of redosing and I get into really bad binges. I always used it insufflated and I find it really painful initialy but completely painfuless after a couple of sniffs.

I understand some people here who believes might be a good substitute for methamphetamine. A little bit like beer might be a good substitute for wine.
Anyway I don't think is something compatible with a healthly living...If I cross some lines I get a localized strong pain somewhere between the stomach and the intestine on the right side that can last long after quitting. It's a shame because I really liked the effect. I might do some occasionaly but I cannot purchase as the pain won't stop me from finishing whatever is I got.
I'm not sure if my problem is provoqued directly by 3-FPM or by some impurities in the synthesis. First bach I got seemed to be purer and didn't give me problems...though it was a sample and not enough for a proper binge...
I get bad reactions from most stimulants so my data might be taken with a pinch of salt.

I'm a relative newbie to drugs. The only illegal ones I've tried are cocaine,marijuana and MDMA. I took this drug because i'm super certain I've ADHD(inattentive). I'm only writing this because i'm still feeling the effects. I'm in Ireland and it's proving to be a super drawn out process to get medicated here. I've genuinely no interest in using this drug for recreation. I just want to use it to overcome my ADHD. I've been using large amount of caffeine pills ( up to 800mg per day before to try and overcome it. It seems to help but not much.I've only taken the drug three times over a two month period.
I've noticed that this must stay in my body for a very lengthy time. Perhaps a week or two. The dose I took the first time was about 10mg and the other two times I took about 5mg. It made the world go faster(keep in mind I've never tried real speed) and slowed down my thought process. I was able carry myself in a very confident manner as I could think things out before doing them. The effects last all day. When I woke up, the effects were lightly there. As the day went on the effects came back to about 90 percent of what they were. On day three there was some minor stimulation but my head-space and body actions went back to normal mostly.
Here's the really interesting part. On day three I took 300mg of caffiene and the effects seemed to comeback to about 50 percent. I took more caffeine and the effects were at about 90 percent. The effects last for about 5 or 6 hours (so until the caffeine was done?) Taking caffeine seems to bring back the effects for between one and two weeks. As each day goes by the amount of caffeine needed seems to be slightly more. I've noticed people treat me completely different for the week or two after (this could be my perception). People seem a lot more sexual with me. Women will casually bump into me a lot more and when speaking to me they will describe things using sexual terms. I think they are doing it subconsciously as well. I've never experienced any comedown.
Here's the real downside. My feet and hands seem to get and stay cold for longer. Perhaps I've suffered nerve damage? It's not painful though. Every so often it feels like very minor pins and needles. I assume if I keep taking this stuff this effect will get more pronounced. I hope I haven't done major damage. I only did this drug because of my ADHD symptoms.

does it last as long as meth?could i take 3-fpm and do a good job at work f my job is fixing cars or working on equipment etc etc?

I don't really find any drug to be effective in that way, other that long lasting psychedelics which are often riddled with confusion and thus couldn't possibly be reliable for work.

So whether it's meth or 3-fpm, adderall or cocaine, i'm redosing the whole day.

Oral = Best ROA!
I prefer IV use, but it's insanely unhealthy (see my earlier posts). Oral was always my second choice and you can experience the full range of effects without damaging your precious mucous membranes (the stomach has a much larger surface area), go through some nasty drip or whatever. Go for the oral route!

Well I just had to try some of this. Decent but it has no legs, lasts maybe hour and a half-2hours. Worries me to keep redosing so much on an unknown chem, and honestly I think I am done with Stims, I should be. Turns into the same garbage every time even when I say I'm not gonna.

Just insufflated 80mg (did around 50mg of amph earlier) and don't feel much stimulated at all. I may have some problems perceiving the stim effects since 4F-MPH doesn't seem to do much either. I took around of 20mg of amphetamine daily for about 2 month, could it be a tolerance issue? Either that or potency, I've read many reports regarding the difference between several 3-fpm / 4f-mph batches...

It's a matter of dosage. This substance becomes a whole new beast at doses above 500mg. I would never recommend taking that much in single doses though, since all I've seen and heard suggests that this is one of the unhealthiest stimulants out there right now.

Thought I'd ask here: anyone combined 3-FPM and Methamnetamine?
Got given a bit of the latter with an order and it's been sat in my drawer for ages because reports paint it as MDAI's retarded sibling.

If it adds an appreciable amount of SERTy loveliness to the DA flood it may actually have a use.

Finished off a 8 day 3fpm and 4f-mph binge
with bombing 350mg MNA and 250 mg 3f. Good combo. Very trippy e hit. Waves of sedation overcome with quick chase of 3. My cock and balls made an appearance from wherever they had disappeared to for days and I actually felt the days of stim abuse disappear as I twitched into a well needed sleep. Brilliant combo. Adjust the ratio to suit. Must say that I had been having strong visuals that day due to lack of sleep etc. But the MNA brought on almost deliriant real life hallucinations.
