Is there a watchable copy of Cowbows v aliens out smackcraft? Worth waiting for a R5 or DVDRIP?

I watched both "Secretary" and "Sherrybaby" that both have Maggie Gyllenhaal as the lead in them :)
Have always loved the former and this was my first time watching the latter. It's harsh but really good. Maggie's an excellent actress and I really do need to catch more of the films she's starred in.

Tonight on Film4 there's "Elektra" (ace if yer into "Semi-Fantasy Martial Arts" stuff) and "Departures" - Japanese film that won the 2008 Oscar for best foreign film and it looks awesthum ^_^
So yea - That's my plan of "action" for tonight... Niiiiice and boring.. As always ;)
 
john carpenters escape from new york. seen it for first time last night its not bad at all.
 
Actually mow that sky player is working on xbox live i noticed 9 was there and decided to review that for you all tonight , yes its been out a while but there is a blu-ray which is absolutely cracking !

The story is of a machine that was sposed to help humans and we have seen it all before :( ... Please humans we can do our own work without AI destroying the world but 9 is an animated film ,What ? animated ? ffs you think .. think again this film is great , the last thing the creator of the evil turned machine takes his last energy and creates 9 dolls and injects it with is 9 different personalities or soul in to each one giving it life to destroy the wrong turned AI monster machine.

If you remember watership down which was kind of a child animated horror well for some younger kids it could be a tad freaky well this is the ls the latest in a long time for kids to get a bit of a freak out, i for one loved this film and is well worth the blu ray version.

I advise a PG rating to decide what age of your kids watch it but if not for the kids just watch it your self as you will not be disappointed .

Watership Down is a good movie, i saw when i was 22 and loved it. Although 9 was trash. Absolutely a waste of my time and money. I wanted to leave near the end soo bad. It was predictable, the dialog is horrible, and just corny. You should read the book Watership Down though, a bit different but better.
 
Just watched 'Sucker Punch' last night. Thought it was a pretty good film, sexy women kicking ass and some great special effects. Well worth watching imo. Got 'Limitless' to watch later so looking forward to that.

not bad at all as you can expect they are testing on apes for a cure for Alzheimer but the cure goes beyond that and we see the monkey that they all haill named Ceaser in the futuristic Planet Of the Apes 2001 http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0133152/

pretty much obvious story line , apes get brainy and escape an animal control center and the ending leaves you for a sequel which i really hope they do or if they dont i will look back at this as a bad movie.

Watched Brooklyns Finest last night, all in all class film really enjoyed it. I'll post the summary...

In Brooklyn, amid drug deals, violence, casual racism, poverty, housing projects, and corrupt cops, we follow three officers: Tango, African-American, working undercover, believing he's earned a promotion to a desk job but told he has to set up the bust of an ex-con who saved his life; Sal, who'll commit murder to get cash to buy a house big enough for his family; and, Eddie, the precinct's oldest beat cop, a week to go before retirement, assigned to mentor an earnest rookie. Can this end well for any of the three?

ok that was one hell of a munch out lol

so where was i THOR yes dont expect a sci-fi fantasy typical kind of thing you would expect from this film as its nothing like you would expect , basically thor gets put on earth and wants to go home, theres not much fantasy worlds or anything like that do dont get your hopes up if thats what your looking for .

Next we have PRIEST which so many times i have put on while i was on my months drug run and just would end up ignoring it and now that im clean and watched it properly i thought to my self how could of i missed such a great film out so many times but i was glad tbh as it gave me something to watch while im in recovery mode and really enjoyed it !

Again we have total muppets at IMDB voting that think scream 4 is better than fucking LOTR for crying out loud so ive said it once and u will say it again IGNORE THE RATING on that site cos they dont have a fucking clue what a good film is !

Ok I dont do DRAMA films often but i thought i would give this a bash as ORANGES AND SUNSHINE AKA oranges and lemons i think in other countries? . This is a true story about hundreds of thousands of children that were deported to Australia back roughly between 50 to just 40 years ago and these kids ere just taken from their parents who were both tolda pack of lies and the kids were told they were going to some lovely place where the sun shines every day but were used for slave labor and raped but a social worker came across this information and and ended up bringing families together again that didnt know what happened to their children and for the kids some as young as 5 didnt know their parents at all as it was all a forgoton memory

It sickens me that this is actually a true story and makes me glad i was born just 10 years later after it all stopped or for all i know it could of happened to me.

So if you like conspiracy, drama and truth behind the conspiracy admited by the UK government which we dont get often give this a watch if your a soft hearted person who likes emotion from a film this is for you and you never know you might even wonder where did one of your brothers or sisters dissapear to one day and this may bring you the answer and you could end up reuinted with lost family

Thor is tongue in cheek good. Captain America is absolute shit. I didn't even pay to watch it and i'm still pissed off that they took an hour and a half of my life away. No offence but i'm not going to bother watching that Priest film; It has 17% on Rotten Tomatoes. I know RT isn't the be all and end all of films but I have never once enjoyed any film they have rated so lowly (like i've watched films that I thought was bollocks only to go on RT after and find out they got 20% ). I think i'll give Oranges and Sunshine a go though.
