Aussie party people - do you ever see this guy out and about?

Same for me. I usually listen to this kind of music at home. I can't stand the kind of people who go to these kinds of festivals. He epitomizes everything I dislike about them. Their arrogance, self righteousness, sleaziness and downright idiocy they display... Can't wait till they all get old and completely drug fucked and go die in a dept of housing hovel.
 
^yeah man, the biggest festival i've been to is a BDO on the gold coast, it gradually got worse and worse by my 4th appearance; slipknot, soad, hatebreed and chem bros were main bands i went to see that last year. music and crowd(muzza) wise was starting to target more electro and bands i didn't like. i've never attended an electro only gig. at least the ecstacy was still mdma back then too...so i'd hate to be in a crowd full of ice heads fried out there guts, frothing at the mouth from some unknown rc they've just taken. i'll stick to a dose of opiates and nod back and forth to some prog;)

i started sticking to metal and rock gigs. the ones i've been to in the gardens in bris city have always been a decent setup and the crowd is always so much happier and friendlier toward each other on the whole. the mosh pits and circle pits are usually pretty safe with most everyone being conscious of who's around them if they're slamming, there are the dickheads too.

the arena, when it was still open, wasn't too bad a place either for a night of brain bashing and stomping.
 
Im certain the only reason i was able to tolerate these events years ago and never noticed these people is because i was always insanely high on MDMA.

That was until one time i decided to take 3 hits of LSD at once at an electro festival that Infected Mushroom were at, everything that was wrong about these festivals slapped me in the face relentlessly, i saw the ugliness in everyone, through the superficiality and into there soul.. it's hard to walk around watching people dance on an endless field of rubbish where there only concern is themselves.

I'll stick to doofs. :)
 
I can't tell if he's this guy I used to know of off echild about 5 years ago.......
He looks the same but kinda not......
It could totally be him though...
 
Oh my, some social scene you Aussies have got for yourselves.
When Clubbin Guido was on free rein, (A-type internet boi) I agreed with him and his hate for this lounge. IDK why. Aussie's think they're plastic as Californians. They're coming on strong because they are a criminal Penal colony. They try to manufacture they are tough like their Land and post cocky arrogant threads like this one to express that there Gross National Product is Some Beast metering your bodies endocrine level. I'm for sure that you are a bunch of jerks.
So, I would do things like call the Head of Aus. Tourism Industry and find out where Aus. BL members live and call there Chamber of Commerce and explain how Aus. BL members are portraying your Country and continent.
It was fuckin' sad, but noone was checking Clubbin Guido about hating Aus.
And I'm pretty straight on how I feel about Aus. nowadays. Like when you come into the lounge during a circle jerk or an arguement and post those win football or rugby cartoons to break it up and provide some civility. My intention was for the Aus. BL member to "get there name in the wind" and maybe something happen to them.

Not all guys that look like that are douchebags, now if they act like they have something to prove then yea they are. But hell it's his body let him do what he wants as long as he respects the people around him there's nothing wrong.

If I ever saw this guy I would totally break his whole Alpha male mentality. I would first 1) Call him out and insult him. 2) When Bro comes at me i'm going to stab him, then ask "Did your rock hard abs stop my steel blade from filleting your stomach? Well, bro?" 3) Watch the turmoil in his eyes as his life slowly fades away along with his notion of being an Alpha male. On a serious note though I actually want to stab this man.

The guy originally spoken about is a Sydney raver with the worst attitude you can ever imagine - even worse then what you already think after reading this thread. :\
