I will try to get ahold of some pictures cataloging our 24 hour DOB overdose trip....

7-8mg is what the dose was later determined to be.

The medium used for the most part was a tent, which probably helped us maintain ourselves through the hell that is taking more than double what is considered to be an overdose of DOB.... Most of the art was done with markers...

The entire trip was not altogether artistic, for much of it we felt like we wanted to do something but we were really just too fucked up to move while our brains were screaming at us "GOOOOOOOOOOOO!"... it was all pretty terrible....
 
when i made this piece i was generaly thinking of someone freaking out on drugs, most likely acid or shrooms probably

This thread is fantastic... really incredible artworks and skills that some of you show :)

very inspiring, i only just began to try to paint... it's still very much the same as when i was a child: i have all that great images in my head but when i try to bring them to paper it just looks like... well drawn from a 5 year old :D

This resembles, a little at least, my own drawing style at some tripping moment.

This *really* caught my attention when I heard it.

It was daylight when you woke up in your ditch.
You looked up at your sky.
That made blue be your color.
You had your knife with you there too.
When you stood up there was goo all over your clothes.
Your hands were sticky.
You wiped them on your grass,
So now your color was green.
Oh Lord, why did everything always have
To keep changing like this?
You were already getting nervous again.
Your head hurt and it rang when you stood up.
Your head was almost empty.
It always hurt you when you woke up like this.
You crawled up out of your ditch unto your gravel road
And you began to walk
And waited for the rest of your mind to come back to you.
You could see the car parked far down the road
And you walked toward it.
If God is our father, you thought,
Then Satan must be our cousin.
Why didn't anyone else understand these important things?
When you got to your car,
You tried all the doors,
But they were locked.
It was a red car and it was new.
There was an expensive leather camera case lying on the seat.
Out across your field
You could see two tiny people walking by your woods.
You began to walk towards them.
Now red was your color and of course,
Those little people out there were yours too.

Anyway heres a weird poem I wrote, dont know what it means yet though:

Inner State ov Permanent Absv

Falling-
Downwards, crawling upwards
Sovth ov heaven by seven ciphers
Vast, uncharted, undecided
undecipherable language ov spyders
In this mind, this mired minefield
Of this spire, its heights to climb to
Yoo and I stood on this plateav
an eternal state ov astral absv.

I like your poem btw. To me they often seem a bit strained but this one flows nicely, I can almost feel the inspiration.

im really pleased with the end result and i can't wait to something new

drawing's so much fun when it works out well :D
 
If you can get pens with more different nuances you could do colour themed ones, like an autumn one and a blue/green one with circles.

Haha I get all caught up. You've got a good concept going!
