I've said it before but I'm pretty sure Québécois get together once a year and decide which of the residents are undesirables and send them off to Florida. I had several bad experiences with Québécois in Florida. I'm sure they're the minority though... most Québécois visitors must be perfectly fine.

Florida is notorious for having problems with voting, I know that.
