Epistane is much more powerful than the methy1-d you took before, and can shut you down if you're not careful. 50mg is quite a bit of epistane, it will shut you down very hard if you don't have the proper ancillaries (at 50mg of epistane you will need hCG). Also, 6 weeks is on the longer end. Be sure you are taking supplements to support your liver. Did you do blood work before hand? Keep in mind, epistane is methylated/17-alpha alkylated (generally not a good recipe for your liver).

I am probably not going to dose above 30mg, and not for longer than 4 weeks....

I find it pointless to run 4 week cycles considering you don't begin to make steady gains until the beginning of the 3rd week with Epi..
 
Well I'm at the end of week 2 with my Havoc cycle and I personally cannot believe that this shit is legal...

I took 30mgs the first week and took 40mgs the second...I'm going to bump it up to 50 this coming week and see how I feel...I will be doing a 6 week cycle with proper PCT..

So far all of my lifts have been personal records and I'm close to deadlifting 400lbs...no side effects and I'm losing fat without cardio....My appetite is insane but I've been eating more shitty food like burgers and shit form restaurants...all real food though...I'm up to 195lbs from 187 2 weeks ago and I'm not bloated...just full and lean...I should've kept a log but I'll continue to update....

I attribute a lot of it to my shitty diet during the past 2 weeks as a result of an unreal appetite increase...My diet is back on track today =D...

I tend to abuse things hence my BL status so taking more than necessary of anything, whether it be LSD or methylated hormones is common nature...

I'm convinced that if you supplement regularly, DRINK WATER ALL DAY, and exercise 3-5x a week, the body can handle more than suggested and rebound much faster...Last time I got blood work done, everything checked out fine...

I've seen MANY people have great dry gains with Dymethazine(dimethazine) Its an actual drug from Italy...I'm sure it'll be off the market soon. Average gain are 10-15lbs with zero water weight. I've sold about 475 boxes in my store in the last 5 months!!! Good luck

There was an article about dimethazine in MD in June..It said it wasn't worth the $$$ but I'd give it a try

This cycle is turning out nice...Havoc is a little too mild for my likings though...Although my strength is through the fucking roof, my physique appears pretty much the same minus a more lean/hard look....

No sides except for some mild lethargy and problems sleeping which probably exacerbates the whole lethargy part.

Definately mild. I am almost two weeks into it, and I notice very little (i am up to 40mg/day). This stuff seems pretty weak, definately not as strong as androstenedione. I do notice some joint pain.

I appear to have little to no strength gains, but again, I am not even two weeks into this....

I think I will need to run this for 5 weeks at 40mg/day to get full effects...
 
That's what I'm doing...running it 40mg for a total of 5 weeks...I got a bunch of clomiphene for pct...dont know how to dose that
 
I will do something like this for my PCT:

wk1: Clomid 150mg/d, Reversitol 2caps/day, DHEA 150mg/d

wk2: Clomid 100mg/d, Reversitol 2caps/day, DHEA 100mg/d

wk3: Clomid 50mg/d, Reversitol 2caps/day, DHEA 50mg/d

wk4: Reversitol 2caps/day

Clomid shouldnt be run for more than three weeks due to unwanted metabolites, the reversitol and DHEA are both otc, and will help to ease you down and get you producing test again...
 
I think I'll just take 100mg for the first 3 days and then 50 mgs for the following 2 or 3 weeks...i hear taking over 100mgs isnt really necessary...

Reversitol is a solid product...glad to see someone who knows a lot about supplementation on this board...if you follow a strict diet and training regimen, there are current products on the market that will give your body an extreme edge and stay in an anabolic state...
 
I am at day 15 of epistane (havoc), at 40mg a day. I still notice very little; only very minor strength gains (if any), no change in appearance, about 5 pounds of weight gain (could be the creatine; I just started it after a long hiatus). My waist has gone down about half an inch.

I feel some lethargy, joint pain and some back pumps when doing squats/deadlifts. I may have to run it for 5 weeks at up to 50mg's to get any real change in appearance/strength. I tried 50mg the other day and I think it made me feel a little anxious...
 
i don't get what back pumps are? 50mgs gives me too much joint pain...my libido is amazing...no acne...it's just really leaning me out...would be amazing on a cut but im always practicing a lean bulk...

I'm up to 196lbs--16%bf
 
also...the increase in appetite might be leading to my gains...i wouldnt mind stacking this with a superdrol clone...

something along the lines of 4weeks superdrol and taking havoc the whole time and extending it 2 weeks after the sdrol for a 6 week cycle...
 
Back pumps are usually an uncomfortable tightness in the lower back after doing squats or deadlifts. They are associated with a number of steroids. I got a back pump the other day where I could barely walk to the car. Sitting down relieves the tightness...

That's what I thought...I have never gotten them too severe where it disabled me to execute an exercise let alone fucking walk to my car..
 
Whoa i just bought some 1D online. Sounds like some nasty stuff. I'm Ganna be stacking it with T911 in a few weeks. Iv ran stuff like Spawn and tri-methl-plex and used hyper-test as a PCT and it wasn't to bad. What can I do to keep the downsides of the 1D minimized?

OTC PCT won't cut it bro..get some clomid/dex....I just got a free bottle of t-911 from LG sci..to sample and log..
 
1-D as in methyl-1D from LG?

I wouldn't fuck with that nonsense. It is simply large doses of DHEA ethyl ester; it will make you swell up with water weight, increase your estrogen levels, all while shutting you down and eliminating your natural capacity to produce testosterone. Gyno is also very likely with this product...

Get a designer steroid like epistane, or even a prohormone like TrenExtreme or H-drol; these will also shut you down, but at least you'll get some quality gains (with a reduced risk of gyno)...

Do your research....
