i think nowadays he's tryna cater to his bank balance! i do agree with you a bit but the two times i've seen him in the past few years he has been pretty good. i wouldn't buy an album or a mix cd by him but i'd definitely go n see him live again

tunes in that video are indeed banging RA. i love that tune that starts to come in at 2 minutes. mad old school lol. can't fucking remember the name of it tho. i'm shite at remembering the names of tunes. it's starts to get a bit too heavy for a second when the synth type sounds cuts out tho

anyway back to the amsterdam thing, ill be in the red light district on saturday night smoking and drinking with my mate jay whos buzzin, anyone not goin to dance valley can send us a PM and we can try arrange something
 
It only took me two months to find this thread...

I'm from the New World and I'm planning to take the trip to Amsterdam on the 11th to see some new faces and some old school ones too.

One thing I'm seeking is a place to stay on the 11th. If anyone has some space or ideas let me know. I've already posted in the Lounge thread about the meet-up that I'll be living in Paris for July. If anyone wants to visit Paris after the meet-up or come and hang out you're welcome.

as for somewhere to stay, unfortunately i dont as i am staying in a dorm in a hostel... everyone meeting up on SUNDAY 12th so try get somewhere to stay that night too

maybe people can meet up on the saturday evening too~

THU - 18/12 (64/54) - light rain
FRI - 18/12 (64/54) - rain
SAT - 19/13 (67/56) - rain and thunder :(
SUN - 20/13 (64/56) - few showers
MON - 21/13 (70/56) - scattered showers
TUE - 22/13 (51/56) - partly cloudy

I'm going to have to go back and read the earlier comments on security and carry-in stuff for a change of clothes and what not, it appears :\
 
seriously, dont worry about the weather.. its a whole week away, it might get better

plus alot of the weather websites seem to always have it a few degrees cooler than it actually is, there should be some nice breaks of sun even if the forecast predicts rain... dont believe the hype! and stay optimistic :P

The BIGGEST and only problem I can foresee for this trip is the lack of decent pills on the go...ho hum :( Damnation, bollocks and pishing sucky arsed donkeys :!



ps: parttime cheesy-trance-dance has it's place and I for one intend to dance my little tootsies off... if I'm lucky I'll catch scott project, ruben vitalis, sasha n' funkagenda, if not fuck it, it's a parteeeeeeeee parttime!!!! %):p%)

get a testing kit from a smartshop about 15euro plus get a print off of the list of
GOOD n BAD pills bearlove has done on the pillreport section.

if you cant get proper pills at a dance event in amsterdam then theres no hope for pills.

The guys who work in behind bars in clubs are the best bet. All the psst psst brigade on the street seem to have is pips or fake ching! Buy a couple first, test them, then get more. Every dealer over there tries to claim their pills are so many mgs etc but usually their either grossly exagerating or the pills are just pips. From what I've heard from a friend who stays in Haarlem there is no high dose pills around recently. :|

Haha I wish Kate! Already booked 3nights at the hilton in Belgium for I love techno on 24th Oct, not too bad as mate works in hilton here so got 3nights for £75 rather than £300 :) but still cant really afford all of them. Gutted would be brilliant to meet some BL'ers but think Dam is too soon for me to do :(

Hopefully Spade doesnt show up :D
