that was kind of my point, my friend. i was carrying out an advanced double bluff troll.
and ANYWAY, there are some US carriers now offering cellphone coverage on some of their flights. they'll all have it in a few years on the new planes whose navigation systems can handle it, plus it's an additional revenue stream in these tough times, so it's a no-brainer.
it'll be fucking annoying though, planes are one of the very few places where we get a respite from pinstriped business wankers jabbering about life or death pish at top volume to show how important they are.
