The Bluelight Global Meetup is happening in Amsterdam on the weekend of 11th / 12th of July 2009.

Pm myself or kate66 for the time and location if you are going to be there.

Some people from bluelight will be going to the dance valley festival on saturday the 11th too, again kate66 will have more info on this...


Theres also a possibility of a meet up on the Saturday evening too, I for one will be around central amsterdam on Sautrday night anyway

We have enough money to book now but our travel agent friend has stopped communicating. Going to have to have a searcharoo myself I think.
 
i presume this has been called off due to lack of interest / people booking?
 
Me and the OH are just getting a palce for the 2 of us as we've not been on holiday together before.

Seems like we're going ona giant double date with felix and kate the moment xD

Same thing happened with the whole X-Mess thing. A secret board was set up so we could discuss our planned shinnanegans, months of careful planning behind us and hardly anybody showed up. :\
 
i thought there was a good few people at the x-mess thing

i was so sick that i couldnt go, was poxy working!
 
Yeah, a fair few people showed. It was just a shame when a few people who said they were gonna attend didn't bother to show. We had a laugh anyway. Although I preferred the days that followed. Trying to set up a game of Kerplunk whilst heavily fucked on acid + 2cb + MDMA = fail. =D
 
Some of the Americans are going. That_Guy, for one. Some of the senior staff will be there. Someone else PM'd me to ask about it. I think that the recession has fucked lots of people's plans :( (plus, this sort of thing, people cancelling, is pretty common sadly).
 
Oh wow didn't realise how soon it is.

Don't even know where I'm supposed to be looking for accommodation or what not.
 
likewise, im sure ill get a few mates to go based on the fact that its a weekend in the dam but theres really no definite details of this bl meetup at all and its less than 8 weeks away

It'll be the best BL double date in the world. Wibs n' me having the BL meet of the decade in a cutesy coffee shop with cake shop next door =D
 
shit,i`d be right up for that,but going in october cant manage twice this year,

always stay at www.winston.nl have tried loads of places over the years but always go back to the winston,
has the kingdom next door too with bands and dj`s etc you get in for half price for staying at winston,

excellent safe/clean hotel right in middle of red light

rooms and dorms a reasonable prices ,ha i sound like a salesman
 
Booked shizz for this now, yay. Going to take me some time to get over the irritating hell that was the useless jet2 website however.
