Coming off Invega/Xeplion (paliperidone) injections v 12

Immediate Symptoms Following Injections (Acute Onset)
  • State of Consciousness & Perception: Severe, profound dizziness and altered state of consciousness/wakefulness. Feelings of detachment, unreality, and a dream-like state (depersonalization/derealization). Loss of conscious and sensory integration.
  • Visual & Sensory Symptoms: Severe night blindness / poor vision in low light (blurred/hazy vision, only silhouettes are visible with a complete loss of internal details). Inability to focus against high light contrasts and hypersensitivity to light contrasts. Altered color perception (washed out, less saturated colors). Mild hearing loss.
  • Total Sexual Dysfunction ("Chemical Castration"): Complete collapse of libido and total loss of interest in sex or relationships. Total inability to achieve or maintain an erection, and total inability to ejaculate.
  • Sleep & Circadian Rhythm Disturbances: Severe disruption of the sleep-wake cycle. Total inability to perceive physical tiredness or nap during the day. Extremely fragmented and superficial night sleep with frequent awakenings, unable to stay asleep past 4:00 AM or 5:00 AM.
  • Cognitive & Emotional Deficits: Severe cognitive deficits and memory impairment affecting short, medium, and long-term memory. Total emotional numbness (anedonia), complete inability to cry, relax, or experience comfort and positive sensations.
  • Altered Response to Substances: Complete loss of response/satisfaction from caffeine and nicotine. Drastic compensatory increase in smoking (escalated from less than a pack to 2–2.5 packs a day, often chain-smoking multiple cigarettes).

  • 5 Months Post-Injection: Onset of a sharp, stabbing right-sided chest pain (located between the nipple and the armpit), feeling like a knife stuck inside. It sounds like you may have some anxiety. But i am no doctor so remember that. I used to get awful dp/dr (mostly dr) when i had anxiety and panic attacks. These days i get bromazepam for the panic attacks and clonaz for the GAD and i havent had dr in years. Beware of the addiction potential for benzos though. Personally i think its overstated but some people to end up in proper wrecks

As for the ED i dont know what to say. Maybe asking your doctor to go on TRT. Even if your levels arent low elevated levels would likely help the matter. Granted TRT has its own side effects so research the shit out of that if you go that way

I did a hormones panel recently, testosterone was very very high, it was at the maximum range, but i have 3 hormones who are completely shut down, one of them is progesteron i guess

So what i’am experiencing? Because i’am under 10mg Valium daily but I still have all these sympthoms, is not anxiety, i take benzo’s since the last 9 months, since i was forced in the ward back in december 2025, what I have is linked to the injections that’s for sure..

Thats weird cause risperdal is known for its test nuking properties. Also raises prolactin. If i where you i would ask for another blood test and also a referal to see a endocrinologist to check your hormones. Im still waiting on one to see about my TRT

It’s not your fault, you are disconnected from yoursel, from reality and envoirment, and from the surrounding and people, it’s impossible to socialize with that fog, you just can’t.

Nobody could socialize with a massive d2 dopamine and 5ht2a serotonine blockage..

I wonder what would a drug that raises dopamine like methylphenidate do for something like this? If anything it would help with lack of motivation and maybe sex drive to. When i was fucked up from the injections i was kinda self medicatng with blow but ffs dont do that

There isnt alot of info on this illness

It was invented by the nazi’s during the WWII as a torture tool, then the americans bring a lot of nazi’s scientists inside the USA under the operation “paperclip”.

Not so long after that, some big pharma in the usa claimed they find a cure for mental illness (the so called antipsychotics)

I think thats a myth. The first antipsychotic was thorazine which was at first invented as a antihistamine for post surgery. But the doctors noticed its tranquilizing effects so started using it on psych patients. Personally i dont mind thorazine it mixes good with morphine
