I was taking oral Risperdal tablets and stopped abruptly. Yes, because I said this, they threatened to send me back to the psych ward—just like you said—but even if I go there, I won't eat or drink anything. The only place they'll end up sending me is the intensive care unit.
 
I’m not going to hang myself—I could never see myself doing that—but stopping eating and drinking seems like the most humane and logical path.

Im labelled bipolar too, they don’t listen I agree, when I complain about side effects they just up my meds, how’s your cognition? Can you catch a buzz from nicotine?

yes the anhedonia is bit weaker today, i went around shopping mall bought ice coffee got some salad, went looking around at clothes and i didn't feel like i was dying. even did some part time construction like 2 hours.
i have some kind of super sleeping protocol, i take melatonin and z drug and mangenusim, i think it induce a very strong sleep cycle that is able to fight this evil drug. but not a doc obviously.
