I have used both extensively, and recently, as well as both in combination with etizolam, phenazolam, carisoprodol, and carisoprodol + etizolam, and all of those combinations were augmented in similar ways from how the original drug felt, if that makes sense.
Weird how 7-OH 480mg starts off strong then in a less two months...the Opioid feel is gone and it just feels like coffee.
Same but with plain leaf. It's just dreaded tolerance. I can't even get good buzz dosing 3 times a week.
That’s because mytraginine is a prodrug. It’s literally the exact same thing as 7oh. MIT is to 7oh as codeine is to morphine.
Interesting, from 13-21 I was no stranger to being prescribed monstrous (often hospice-care) level amounts of opioids, and nowadays I only find mitragyna alkaloids, tianeptine and to a lesser degree tapentadol/tramadol useful as opiates are such a side effect factory for me.
My issue is I love morphine. But any time I've attempted to nod again on morphine I've not had access to a lot at one time and my usual dose from back in the day isn't nearly as strong. I haven't nodded on morphine since 2013 sometime. I've only attempted to nod again twice. Once in 2017 off 60mg and again in 2021 off 60mg followed by 20mg in a second shot. Rectal administration (scared of needles).
Pain management patients have the same issue. Even with Roxi 210mg and Methadone 40mg.
I got kicked out of the "nod club" and take about 5qty B-52 daily with 435mme. My anesthesiologist interviews as were going down my daily meds I always get the Ol' Side Eye. Then they say, "We are going to have to do something different here." I had the coolest one recently that stabilized me on all my meds IV for 5 minutes to get real relaxed and trusted the Propofol like it stole money from him. Oh God, I didn't even count 0.5 seconds. He came in when I woke up, gave me a high-five, and said you don't need anymore pain meds for the rest of day. My man !!! I have wanted a colonoscopy everyday for the past 4 years.
I am new to the site not to the lifestyle, being 30y/o man growing up with opana 40s it was clear I was hooked, years of abuse and then stability (Subs 8mg to now 2mg) I have found 7oh and found it able to get me off the subs I used presse'd recently and a a brand that had 7oh just across the whole package need references please thank you all.

Mitragyna alkaloids are exceptionally safe and I'm glad you've found your way from the more dangerous world of opiates (as in, derived from the opium poppy alkaloids) to the safer work of Mitragyna alkaloids (kratom alkaloids and their derivatives).Hello lords

I would absolutely recommend getting it as crystal, there are a variety of subreddits pertaining to 7-OH-Mitragynine which can help you find sources. It's extremely cost-effective and hits in a harder, faster, cleaner fashion in my opinion. We can't share sources here on BL, but my advice would definitely be to get a cheap scale from a smokeshop and then order some crystal, or "powder" 7-OH as people tend to call it.

I don't know about 7-OH but I do know you should NEVER EVER Inject Tianeptine as I've seen photos and videos of people with rotting limbs because they decided to inject that shit into their veins.
thats just kratom in general....
