It was back in 2019, I took 400mg XR, for 1.5 years, until summer 2021. I dint knew it was an antipsychotic because i trusted them and never questioned their choice, sadly.

But beside weight gain (that was nice because i was hitting the gym and took mass easily) and soft cognitive decline, i dint had any other side effects, not even sexual disfunction, at all.
I saw people complaining for some pills of seroquel for months/years, but for me was not like this at all, once i stopped i got panic attacks and sweating, insomnia. I cold turkey, all withdriwal sympthoms lasted only 2 weeks beside panic attacks that lasted for like 8 months.
