Stimulants Why isn't methamphetamine popular in Europe?

It's probably the street drug with the highest average purity (up to >90% for crystal meth).
Some people inject euro speed (amphetamine sulfate) which is sometimes ~15% pure, or street heroin (5-25%).
 
People are trying to sell meth for £10/point here in England.

I tried it once - dreadful stuff.

A couple of Dexis suits me.

I was never keen on the meth high - prefer ordinary speed. Meth is good for the first 2 hours - mind you so is speed but the comedown on meth goes on forever. I never touch any speed now tho - fuck that.

I remember a german soldier saying when they were being chased out of Russia him and his mate were driving a truck and taking turns eating meth tablets to stay awake. Says meth was no good as an army drug tho - you could fight hard for a day or two but then you'd have to sleep for 3 days so you lost effectiveness.
 
I'm talking completely out of my ass here, so you can take it or leave it.

It's probably a combination of a bunch of different things, the US gets a lot of its meth from Mexico, which is close. I think there's also some subtle political things going on, but I don't really want to go into that. The other part is, from what I understand, speed (amphetamine) is more available in Europe (in the us, it's almost unheard of). Meth is like speeds dirty, rapey, nasty cousin, and I would much rather not hang out with that guy.
 
Meth is more and more availaible in the UK and the price is falling (only based on UK to UK DNM). I've dabbled with it for a decade and find it more predictable than sulphate these days. I've never seen what all the fuss is about with smoking it and prefer to snort or gel cap.
I'm effectively addicated to any stimulants in my possesion but limiting my supply by not having an IRL connect has kept my runs limited over the years and my world laregely intact!
 
Don't underestimate the influence of established criminal networks on the one hand, and established drug cultures on the other. There are other differences between Europe and the rest of the world, and within Europe, as well.

Europe makes up the only region with a significant market for imported hashish as opposed to weed.
As said, meth is way more prevalent in select European countries. Finland and Estonia are exceptions in that while elsewhere in Europe heroin is the most commonly abused opioid, they use buprenorphine and fentanyl analogues, respectively.

as quality in uk is well known to be kinda poor it's entirely possible that you haven;t had fire meth, especially given the statement I've bolded.

you're definitely best served by sticking to the oral route if poss with snorting a close second - just because things have a way of becoming difficult if you do chance upon some 'special' stuff and smoke it (same goes for boofing or IV) but then again different people do experience roa's somewhat differently too
 
Meth sounds like the drug that I'd like far too much for my own good so I'm grateful it isn't easily available

If you really want some you can always download grindr and try your luck

Or just use the DNMs, thats likely the safer solution
 
I've ordered it in Amsterdam and taken it in and around London and Haarlem (near Amsterdam) and although it's not as ubiquitous as coke, it is available.

Ordering it in Amsterdam is quicker than ordering a pizza.

I'm gay, and I've been waiting for chemsexing with it for years.

By the time it arrived here, it was eclipsed by 'Flakka' and 3-MMC and there is much, much more coke, although a few gay men have gotten into serious trouble with it, amongst whom an acquaintance of mine.
 
It is amongst stim users who buy online

Itll never be sold by street b/w sellers. 1g meth can keep the guy high days. In that time he can rinse thousands on crack

Its not sold local cos crackheads would spend less money on it.

How long does the racemic amphetamine last for you? People say it's 6 hours with a 4 hour comedown.
I find the meth high very pleasant for 6-10 hours, and then it's 12 hours of an unpleasant, but not unbearable, anxious comedown.
It's too long for my liking, and I don't wanna rely on benzos.

Pervitin tablets stopped being used in 1941. Norman Ohler's friend took 3 of them, and they were still active after 70 years.
 
My Cz mates refused to get me any. It was funny how Tons of czech people loved the Dutch amphet though.

Kinda glad because I was a dailyish speed user back then.

The party drug scène is uk level though, ket, coke, speed, xtc, weed in various quantities in no particular order. I’m not even hating I love my degenerates.

Fuck I don’t want to double post so let me figure this out in a bit. I’ve been lurking since 2008 so I should know better.

Iirc papers state that dexamphetamine tablets last six hours. Ime it’s dose dependent, yesterday I ate 50mg at 8am and probably 25mg more before it was noon (fucking benzo fog) I could feel it all day and fell asleep around 6am. Even though I took clobromazolam.

On normal doses it works less than 4 hours and your last dose is useless, better to split it and take it am/pm. Or even better drink a cup of coffee, eat a huge breakfast drink lots of water. Take all your Dex at once around 11am .

When I vaped a ton of 3-fma I was side effect free for 48hrs and I’m the most side effect prone person you’ll ever meet stims-wise.
Slept for days and have never felt so drained in my life.
