Yeah, Santana and a bunch of other ignorant rappers died of cardiovascular complications, so what? Did they also do other drugs? Did they eat a crapload of junk food? What was their general lifestyle? Were they on medications that could have caused dangerous interactions? @Hexenstahl do you reckon that if I were to cut my usual codeine dose down to 150mg, and later started ULDN, it would be possible to get satisfying euphoria, antidepressant effects&painkilling long-term from some crazy low dose like 45-60mg? that would make my habit 4-5.3x cheaper than it is now, so I could easily be on opis everyday. Assuming the reduction of tolerance to about 30% still holds for low opi doses. I imagine % wise it might be less compared to what you outline in your ULDN guide thread.

I mean I'm never hating, I'm a big fan of Juicewrld who died also due to Lean abuse. Acute promethazine toxicity caused him to have a lethal seizure+cardiac arrest (though having an insane amount of codeine/oxy in his system likely didn't help his seizure threshold), which is why he did not have much of a response to narcan even though plenty was administered. Promethazine is known to cause seizures in very high doses of long-term abuse. Drinking a pint of lean is not far off from popping 100s of MGs (or even 1g) of Benadryl so no wonder these rappers end up with all sorts of fucked up side effects and unfortunately, deaths.

Why start with ULDN later on? You'll have a much easier time cutting down your dose WHILE taking ULDN as it reduces your tolerance. This means you can decrease your dose much more rapidly without feeling uncomfortable. You'll also notice that you can go longer in between doses. Craving in general is much less pronounced in opioid users who also take ULDN.

Here is how a typical ULDN "journey" looks like:
your current dose is 300mg and you'd like to reduce your tolerance. So you decide to take ULDN. Let us also assume that you have already found your sweet spot which lies at 3µg (that can really take a while, because the hormetic dose is extremely idiosyncratic and can lie anywhere between 1ng and 100µg, with some anecdotal reports going as high as 500µg! It took me two and a half months to find my sweet spot).

So, you start taking your 3µg Naltrexone concomitantly with your 300mg of Codeine. After a week your tolerance drops by 10% and now you're on 270mg. You start to notice that the opioid high lasts longer and is more pronounced. The following week you keep taking your 3µg and 270mg of Codeine and your tolerance has dropped by another 15% and you're now at 229.5mg (let's round it up to 230mg for the sake of simplicity). You now notice that the ULDN has also obliterated pretty much all the major histamine induced side effects and also side effects like constipation and long term psychological issues associated with opioid use such as lack of libido and decreased motivation, thanks to an increase in testosterone production which eliminates these problems. OIH is also a thing of the past due to the Filamin A causing the MOR to put the switch back to the Gi-Protein.

The next week your tolerance finally drops another 10% (207mg) and remains there due to your individual biology. Everyone is different. ULDN drops some people's tolerance by only 20 or so percent, with others it's a good 50% (me) and yet others are lucky enough and experience something like a 70% obliteration of tolerance (unfortunately not me). So, your tolerance has dropped by 35% in total which is pretty good actually. More importantly it KEEPS your tolerance stable indefinitely. What other drugs can do this??? You keep taking your daily dose of ULDN and even after years you notice how you never had to increase your dose.

So to summarize: your tolerance has dropped and remains stable provided that you take your dose daily, OIH is not a topic anymore including side effects like constipation, the antinociceptive response has increased while the duration of action is longer than usual, sedation is more potent too and perhaps you also experience more euphoria. I have noticed that ULDN has a highly individual effect when it comes to euphoria. I have read quite a few reports over at reddit where people had all of the above mentioned benefits but didn't notice a potentiation in euphoria. I and some others however have experienced how ULDN has brought back a good portion of the old euphoria again. Not exactly like in the beginning when we were opioid naive (OMG that would be truly a DREAM come true!!!) but it is satisfying enough to feel truly content and experience the full benefit of the opioid's antidepressant action. It puts that self-content smile with half-closed eyelids on your face while you are scratching your nose and tell yourself how beautiful life is lol.

I would be thankful if you could post your experiences with ULDN in my thread. I recommend you to keep a ULDN diary as it helps you tremendously in keeping track of things. Similar to how this guy did it -> ULDN trial diary of Dr. Mike Strates (2002)

Which leaves sussy vendors that are still outside my range for a while anyway. Basically to get naltrexone at all I'd need to skip buying opis for a very long time which will suck real bad because without some kind of downer my sleep is extremely low quality ever since I moved here, so after longer than 2-3 days off I become more and more non-functional due to sleep deprivation. Juice world mainly died because he took a bunch of oxys/percs when the DEA was coming. To hide them, he died. He may of had codeine in him but a bunch of strong painkillers is what did him in. There was like 80 pounds of weed and a gun. Armed trafficking is big trouble in the USA. Ironically one of the private planes staff saw the gun, It was a prop or turbo prop plane I believe( not as baller as the dudes in the 90's and early 2000's) and called authorities. He panicked and ate his stash of oxys/percs and that killed him. He basically died of gun non- violence. Because I believe someone called authorities when they saw the gun. WTF, they were on a private plane and were landing without incident. They were not hijackers. But with the near death of the music industry, musicians( If you can call a rapper that, how about recording artist) need to supplement their income. I am shocked he couldn't get a script and reuse the bottle to make that part legal looking. Can't eat 80 pounds of pot very quickly. Or the Glock for dessert. But in the end he died of stupidity. Hey a rock star would have had a guy whose job it was to hold the drugs( the pills). Sad when a rapper can't get a script bottle with his name on it to hold the illegal pills. To cut the long story short. Start Suboxone treatment ONLY if your life is in danger. For all other reasons (tolerance, pain & depression management...) don't do it. It's like getting a mosquito with the nuclear weapon. Way too strong and unpredictable. After a perfect period of 8-9 months side effects started to show?! Literally overnight. Same dose, same brand, same expire date... I'll probably never know why but that's not important anymore. After being between life and death for 3 months l finally managed to tapper down. Four weeks after l'm still weak, depressed and tired. Pain is back as well. Sometimes unbearable but I don't complain. I managed to get through this nightmare alive. Hopefully one day these symptoms will cease and I'll feel normal again? Please think twice before starting a Sub. therapy as plenty of side effects are not listed at all. Intentionally!

Um I've taken 32MG/day for four years eleven months 20 days and I cannot live without it or a maximum dose of methadone. I don't want to go down the methadone road again because I can't control myself with methadone, but I easily control myself with my current medications. I wake up, take 40MG Valium, 3200MG Gabapentin, 16MG Suboxone, wait 30 minutes and take another 16MG of Suboxone then put everything back in my safe under my bed because out of sight out of mind works for me. Then I run five miles on my treadmill and workout for an hour then play Path of Exile/Diablo 4/ Diablo 3/ Diablo 2 most of the day. I've been disabled just over five years because of severe anxiety, extreme insomnia and agoraphobia which started in my teens. Still, I'm doing way better than my last post many many years ago when I was abusing benadryl because I couldn't get into a sub doctor, (tried to kill myself a couple times, climbed the water tower at least 15 times and spent months in the looney bin so I could get suboxone and hide under a cover in the corner.) Then I got disability thanks to my psychiatrist and got into the best OBOT program within a hundred miles a couple months later. My doctor is the one of the most compassionate person I've ever met, like my stepfather who willed everything to me and my little brother after out mom passed from cancer a couple years ago. He's 70 though he looks like he's in his late 50s, I'm 39 and I have more grey hair than he does.

Side effects: I feel like what I think normal feels like, bad side effects, I can't drink soda or eat anything with a lot of sugar anymore, it really fucked up my taste buds, it all tastes like dogshit so I switched to tea with 1/8 cup of sugar per gallon and gave up on sweets. I lost 90 pounds then started working out and gained 75 pounds of muscle.So yeah, overall Subs saved my life and there haven't been any other side effects. Sorry the drug did not help you, I know how hard detoxing from drugs with a long half-life is. 20 days of pure physical hell and years of mental hell that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. Suboxone saved my life.

I hate when I hear this no offense. I've been on real H 20 years ago than methadone detox, than subs. Still on subs and been trying to come off. The brand name company changed the formula through the Pharma film company using nano particles in 2018. The energy I used to get is gone and I feel cloudy. My teeth are messed up from the subs. My mind is not clear like before and the addiction is worse than any other I had. The generics will put you in detox right away. The B.N. keep you stuck shackled to the strip which ruined my life in many ways. O I went on the subs clean as the doc thought it would be good for me. These lying doctors only care about the kickbacks no matter the cost on the patients. I'm going to get off and I'll tell you how: switch to subutex 54 411 generic and get my dose upped to get to the level of the strips. I'll need 2 a day to start. This works with eating healthy, low wireless radiation environment to sleep like in a basement and something for the mental and supplements ext. It's easy to get on but hard to get off.

I also felt great for almost 9 months. Then something strange happened. Literally overnight l collapsed mentally and physically. After a horrible first 5-6 months l am finally getting better. Was it Suboxone or just stress l will never know. Good luck mate.
