Holy smokes I would not have expected they were still around either. That website is amazing. I love finding really old websites like that, relics from the past. It even says "Under construction", amazing.I find it interesting that they can still fund their 1999-esque web page lol. I've known about the Temple of Inner Light ever since my first trip down Erowid's DPT page. Thought they were gone a decade ago.
The difference between the two is significant. My psychiatrist would always give me IR and 50 mg at night led to perfectly blissful sleep and a bright and sparky morning the next day.Switching to Seroquel IR and an almost negligent dose of XR, let's pray I tolerate it well
In theory quality of life should drastically increase
Yeah I've been on 300mg XR for a couple months now, it stabilizes me really well but it just ruins all my nights ánd mornings. I deeply loathe everything about Seroquel but it works so....The difference between the two is significant. Once I asked another doctor for a script and eidn’t specify I wanted IR so she gave me XR. The very same dose of 50 mg XR and I could not get to sleep at all and was a zombie most of the next days
I think your graphics card is fine - a potato could run a SNES emulator these days. The only video games I've played in the last 15 years are SNES games on an emulator. But I think my graphics card must suck because the graphics are awful![]()
I hate it when people suddenly disappear from here...

There's a lot that impacts the experience when emulating old games. The display that you're using (not a tiny CRT like in the old days) is a big one. The image isn't being stretched to fill on your display, is it?
Have you messed with Snes9x's scaling filters under display preferences? Makes the retro graphics pleasing on modern monitors. The only video games I've played in the last 15 years are SNES games on an emulator. But I think my graphics card must suck because the graphics are awful![]()
