Yeah I'm not trying to make an argument if you get me. Not with you I don't mean, just on it.Yeah, doesn't matter with omicron. My sister probably had delta though last week.
Hah all good man, no need for explanations or justifications if you ask meYeah I'm not trying to make an argument if you get me. Not with you I don't mean, just on it.
I'm so over that. I was just curious, didn't want to simply assume, as I do still attempt to keep a level of measure of things.
Thanks for answering that Buzz. Hope you are feeling alright man.
Yeah I know man. No filters. But I value full openness and transparency always. So it's a nice thing to be able to easily maintain, because you can, not because you need to effort to do so or otherwise...lol.Hah all good man, no need for explanations or justifications if you ask me![]()
Try that shilajit Buzz seriously, or look at it a bit.Nice, I'd definitely prefer weed to the Seroquel zonk that I'm experiencing
I switched my gym program around so I'm there 6 nights a week, which helps offset the ugly zonk by bringing some life with it.
Yeah, I briefly looked it up at some point, but I saw the complex method of action involving serotonin, dopamine and noradrenaline. Given the strong impact Rhodiola Rosea had on me I'm kind of hesitant. But yeah, probably not much harm in trying.Try that shilajit Buzz seriously, or look at it a bit.
I fully get your reservations with specific drugs, supplements, like myself, it's vital.Yeah, I briefly looked it up at some point, but I saw the complex method of action involving serotonin, dopamine and noradrenaline. A great marketing ploy, I agreeI fully get your reservations with specific drugs, supplements, like myself, it's vital.
We are not immune. I think there is something unique about shilajit though. Like, it's very unlikely to be a negative thing for any conscious body, not allergic to it (I am).
I mentioned it to you for a few reasons, your activity and fitness lifestyle, keeping focussed, energised, calm.
Keeping that balance too. I think Shilajit helps with that.
With physical stamina, energy and recovery especially. One of those naturally powerful detoxing things too, like mega high antioxidant too prob.
But most interesting to me is it's effects on consciousness and the brain. By reports predominantly positive. It's so "natural" lol.
My immune system still says strictly No though. I would be using it no question otherwise, for all round better being, thinking and feeling.

Sucks man.... can't wait forever though. My overweight dad with his autoimmune disorder and heavy immunosuppressive medication sees his friends and goes out and stuff... cases are skyrocketing ofc but 90% (projected) of it is omicron and he's boostered. My girlfriend is really scared of covid so I have been prohibited from the gym (saving my battles for band practice) until the omicron wave has died down. It really sucks, I was going every day for like 2 weeks before Christmas, then when I visited my family for the holidays, I couldn't go, and now since we've been back I can't go. I find it really hard to motivate myself at home, plus I just have 2 sets of hand weights which can only do so much. I really need to be working out right now too, as I am coming off suboxone.

I'd be massaging those restrictions, quite literally.......

I've been hanging out with some Chileans lately and it has really inspired me to explore Chile some day. They did a road trip to the south recently and it sounds amazing. I've also been following an instagram channel that posts a lot of photos from that area - so many beautiful placesI'm going on a long trip to the far south of the country. I think as long as you are vaccinated and healthy, and take the proper precautions ( washing hands regularly, wearing the mask in crowded places) the real risk is not that high .
She read some study that said 25% of people get long covid, of course all that means is "some symptoms after 30 days" which can include such small and subjective things as more fatigued than usual and brain fog.
