Smoked a very small amount of Ice-O-Lator hash and feel amazing right now, the 4-CMC has a nasty drip but it will get better as soon the evening and night progresses :D :P

Might take a beer but might save it until Sunday somewhere at 10:00 AM because of the whole benzodiazepines & alcohol rule I have

Smoked about 45mg of dextro meth in the afternoon, still feeling it for sure.

Also got some xanax bars which I hadn't seen in a long time, I took half since I want to have a chill Saturday night. Gonna be careful with benzos, took a low dose (~0.25mg of alp) most days last week, didn't take any yesterday but I know I'll have to take a break next week to avoid some potential dependecy.

Just got back from the supermarket and I'm gonna take some kratom and make something to eat.
 
1200mg of gabapentin and 1000mg of phenibut so far. About to take a touch if propylhexedrine and clean the house.

Yes, definitely watch out for that. I have been in the habit of taking etizolam to sleep, like half of days, for a while. This is because of opiates and withdrawal (I paradoxically get insomnia while on opiates, and then of course coming off the insomnia is brutal). I came off opiates, and used etizolam to sleep, but then ran out and used some clonazolam I had... ended up using it for 7 days straight, and copped some withdrawal for the first time, it sucks. Been using gabapentin and feeling pretty good, but I'm going to have to come off that next. I know for sure I'm not through the benzo withdrawal yet. It's ben like 10 days since I had any clonazolam, but I did find a bottle of etizolam and used a small dose twice to help me sleep, last one 4 days ago. I feel the withdrawal through the gabapentin the most I have so far. I'm really kicking myself for that. At least I'm firmly past opiate withdrawal though, so that's a plus.

I'm bummed because I can't ever use benzos as easily as I could before this, due to kindling. I will get hooked faster and have worse rebound anxiety so I'll have to limit it to once a week or less, and only short-acting benzos like etizolam (which I can't find anywhere anymore that will ship to the US, bleh)

Yeah benzos seem safe but they are dangerous drugs, it's a shame because they can be extremely useful for things like stim comedowns, insomnia or just for regular anxiety.
I went through very mild benzo WD like 4 years ago from talking too much diazepam (low doses but way too often). I've been lucky because haven't suffered benzo WD since then, but I know I have to be careful.

I don't seem to get WD after 7 days of daily use, I may even be able to do 2 weeks but that would be playing with fire...
Like yourself, I always try to go for the short acting ones because I want them out of my body as fast as possible once I'm no longer feeling the effects.

You mean gabapantin hasn't been very effective for light benzo WD? How about phenibut? Does it get rid of your symptoms or is it pretty much just like gabapentin?

I have been doing as little as possible but with really bad withdrawal and even worse paws. my brain got beat down too hard from opioid dependence. the only good thing is that my tolerance is very low. so it doesn't even take much. the kindling's there for me too. 🔥

been pretty much surviving on dabs.
will maybe try to do myself a favor and drink later.

Yeah they're super dangerous to get into. If I used them recreationally I would be in real trouble, but fortunately I don't find them recreational and just use them for comedowns of stims and long-lasting psychedelics, and insomnia if I'm really needing to get sleep (like multiple nights of insomnia in a row). Unfortunately since relapsing on opiates and then quitting them again, I've had lots of insomnia.

I never got withdrawal before, I was good at using etizolam with enough breaks, even a week in a row with some days off after was fine, as long as I used it less often for a bit after that. Etizolam has a short half-life and so even if you use it every night, you are still getting time every day with it not affecting you anymore and your receptors can start to rebound. But my mistake was using clonazolam, which I read seems to jack tolerance quickly, and gives dependence really quickly. it has a super long half-life. So when I used it daily for a week, that was it. Sucks, but trying not to get too down myself about it. At least I quit opiates successfully. And at least I didn't get farther into benzo dependence. Gabapentin is able to mostly block it, I can even sleep with the aid of doxylamine. So all things considered, I got off lucky and am still making progress towards my goal of not being on any addictive drugs.

And no I meant gabapentin HAS been quite effective against light benzo withdrawal. :) It's actually better than phenibut because it helps a lot with restless limbs, whereas I find phenibut can make restless limbs worse. I've been taking some phenibut on top of gabapentin some days (like today), because then I get a nice high which helps my morale, too. I am thinking I will keep up the gabapentin until I use it all, and then see how I feel, but likely I will need to use phenibut to come off.
 
I was wondering at one point about the gabapentin, yes again, because it says on the bottle do not break capsule or chew.

well duh it has to be swallowed. so why not break it open. will it burn.

i should have asked the pharmacist but I didn't know what they were and he just said they would make me drowsy at first.

but doctor told me i could just take them when i needed them.

i just cant take the whole thing. It's waaaaaay too strong for me and I feel like a zombie for three days. and even colors bother me.

but I am afraid if I only take half of the capsule it will still have the same effect on me or my brain will seize up on me or get more retarded. 100mg is way tooo much you know for me ?
 
Tooth pain is knocking shit out me now I cannot believe that the oxy and Gabapentin are doing fuck all for it even at double my dose on both and been staggering Gabapentin all day

And try and get enough weed in me to try and forget about it
Someone out there must know a home remedy for pain after getting a tooth pulled

If you wanna take less than one capsule, obviously it’s not advisable to break the capsule because it’s there to prevent damage to your stomach lining and mediate the release of the medication... however, you CAN do it. Get some yogurt or something, break the capsule, put half in the yogurt, mix it in and eat it.

I used to just put the capsule back together and take it instead, too.

Okay you’ve taken a bunch of drugs that should have helped with the pain but if it hasn’t have you been doing other things to help as well? Like not lying with your head flat but elevated on some pillows, put ice against your cheek?

Oh and it seems silly given the stronger meds you’ve taken and Naproxen is sort of on the same level but I wouldn’t rule out taking some general ibuprofen. It does specifically work for dental pain. The anti-inflammatory should help- which the other drugs don’t have (except Naproxen but it’s not marketed for tooth pain anyway).
