we all have the same basic desire and profound need. We all want happiness, love and peace obviously.So if they have opposite personalities, a point of life would be futile because this proves that not all humans are able to live up to it.
Humans are so vastly different from each other in so many ways, expecting them to live up to a single point of life (you keep saying point as singular, implying that there is only one) would be ridiculous.
That's why i don't believe there is a point to life.
how are humans so vastly different?
