Gibberings CLXXXVII - Shamming The Docs Summat Rotten

Indeed. does anyone here find vitamin D supplements help?

Absolutely yes. I've been getting fed them for the past few months and have not suffered from my usual SAD blahness which usually lasts for 8 fucking months here up in Scotland. I've enjoyed this winter.

HAPPY VALENTINES

Vit D lover here too - if you live in the dark north n don't get out out a lot you need them - and not the cheap ones either.

Back in min have Flo's sari dying =D timer gone.

Kota honey I'm so sorry your feeling so bad today - its just one day, start a fresh tomorrow flower <3

Ahh yeah i remember Kate saying she finds vitamin D helps a lot, used to have some but didnt notice too much off it. Was a decent brand as well if i recall. Ordered some more a few days ago but they were quite cheap

edit: there she is!

Used to take quite a lot of sups years ago, then eased off when i started concentrating on having a proper healthy diet & hammering healthy food, still take omega 3 and zinc now and again, need to get me some more Milk thistle & maybe some magnesium

You live in the south too and did you not work outside a lot? Maybe that's why you didn't get any benefit from them. You can't eat the stuff you need sunshine and we're lucky if we're getting 15 mins a day up here, especially folk working or schooling indoors.

You should see what I've done to our lovely Flo's sari gifted to me - it was pink. It's now purple gal =D (pics coming) Got a bit of trimming and work to do do to it and an under body dress to drape it on for me fancy Gala political do' - I'll do you proud girl <3 If you get fat you can get it back for a shot or I'll take it in - we'll share it :D

Off to spin it 8(

Eat yer greens kids. I'm still Sammy's pimp - doncha forget folks:p=D

xxx

But dan.. i just wanna ask, dont u like COVER all your food in chilli sauce which is basically sugar vinegar and chilli? :D

That's quite the collection you have there, flo. I've never taken a supplement in my life (as far as I know). I'd maybe be better for starting.

On a sort of splendid note - my sister has been taken in to hospital for her wittle babby. She's already graced me with two nephews, and my brother one, but this time it's a wee girl. It's only a sort of splendid note because they said something about not enough fluid surrounding the baby or something. I'm not too clued up on these things but I don't think it's serious as the family atmosphere doesn't feel as such, and she's really positive. I'm thinking they'll take her for her 3rd c-section and hopefully there'll be another screaming dole cheq...bundle of joy for her by morning time.

I was speaking to my eldest nephew and he's really excited, it's reet cute (he's like a cute wee old man anyway). My left brain is having a bet with my right as to whether she'll be born with extra digits; my sister was born with extra digits on the hands and feet and so were her two sons.

I just hope all goes well! She may be an absolute pain in the arse, but I do loves my sister <3

^ Congrats on the little neice Don, babies are lovely, hope everything goes well.

Just to butt in and ask a vaguely paranoid question but I've just had a thought I can't shake. I've got to pass through London (tube n' all) on my epic train journey tonight and as I havent been there for fucking ages or had much cause to notice before, I was wondering if I'm likely to come across any sniffer dogs? Not that I'm going to have drugs with me of course, I'm just shit scared of dogs 8)

if going thru farringdon station then maybe.. but usually on evenings, not sure bout other tube stations

Euston to waterloo on tube and then onwards from there. I can't remember ever noticing anything but then again I've never really paid much attention before. I'm not madly worried, would just be handy to know if I need to keep my eyes open a bit.

Gonna have Le beer now and enjoy the evening :)

Congrats for the little baby niece Don! Babies are beyond cute and adorable <3

Vitamins are important I rattle! But I am still here by the miracle of Holland and Barratt etc

Not being the skinniest stim user Kate you may well need to take it out..not on the bust though :?..should fit like an umm glove ? in that area- if a borrow ever arises..can't wait to see it in it's Royal purple loveliness..

Just popping in. Am back on a major Detox after seriously overdoing it last week. I felt like a corpse for days.

Stay safe all..over and out...<3

Thanks for popping in Flo. I think we've both got that bust thing going (engineering bridge work gal that's what it needs :D) You take good care, lots of digital cuddles and kisses <3<3<3 Be well babes. I'll keep the sari progress updated as she transforms =D

(((Hugs))) honey xxxx

^ The first time. Bloody hell. Jealous, wish I could have my first time again. Alas, that was about 60 grams and over a year ago now. Doesn't time fly when you're err... on meph.

Have fun anyway you lot <3 I'll be back in a bit maybe, need to finish the last of my packing. Not a fun task when you're upset and disheartened but I suppose a week with my mother will be better than another week alone at uni so I'll force myself.

Congrats on the new nibling, Uncle Don. You've got one more than me. Good luck to the mum & wee nibling; you don't need any luck except to try not to drop it on its head like you were at that age. ;)

Aye, it's true. And a cruel one at that.

We have a selection of pimp canes for you to sport if necessary. Bring your own Fedora.
