2014-2015 College Football Thread Vs. Throwing down Saturday

How long till tOSU is out if the top 25? Everyone knew without that offense they were gonna suck. B10 sucks but WI and MSU look okay so I do not see tOSU pulling this one out. And Tennessee made ARst look way too good; KY-UT is gonna be a decent game this year imho, but at least you guys will beat the pants off vandy.

The Big 10 is trying to be cute like the SEC with the conferences but the only problem is too many of the teams fucking suck to split it in half. the worst SEC team would compete for the B10 championship.

penn st is bowl eligible? ill be sure to watch the Meganslaw.com bowl before Christmas. aka, all thise games nobody csres about

seriously, that song they use for that commercial might be the most annoying song I have ever heard. I know it's really easy to say that.. but holy shit it's definitely at the top of the list.

I think it's worse than last year NFL promoting their games for the like half he season using the song 'Radioactive'
 
its almost as lame as those playoff commercials where a bunch of fans from teams that have no shot talk about it being their year

I cant see Baylor going undefeated, Big 12 is lame like that.

Its probably gonna be FSU, winner of the Iron Bowl, Michigan St, and the last team will literally be that commercial but probably wind up just being another SEC team

still not buying mississippi st, I think they lose at Alabama. and if Auburn beats Ole Miss, and Alabama loses to either LSU or Auburn, who the fuck do you pick for this thing? Shit, LSU could beat Alabama. I cant help but feel like, by only adding a four team playoff, they just made it more complicated instead of if they had done like 8 or ideally in m eyes, a 16 team playoff. Win 4 games and youre national champions, no fucking drama about the best teams and shit no mid major bs, the top 16 of the polls is usually pretty clear cut.

the money is there, I guess the NCAA just has to figure out how to get its fair share first instead of just letting ESPN make all the money. you could still have the Carls Jr Bowls of the world and such but make the 16 team playoff start the day after christmas and just go. or on new years or w/e. somethin in that time span.

I think they should limit the season to one out of conference game to start the year. Have it assigned by the playoff commitee so it will at least have a chance at being a quality matchup. Then follow that game with the normal conference schedule followed by a conference championship and a 16 game playoff. Have it so that 8-10 conferences get there champion in the game then have the rest be at large bids from the power conferences. Seed it like the basketball tournament committee does. It would take in the money while not killing the players. It could still be over by the second week in January if they started the second week in December and put a week off after the second round games. It could work in theory.

Gordon just put up like 450 yards and 4 touchdowns in three quarters.. before this even came to be his stats for his last 24 runs was 450 yards.. thats almost 20 yards per carry over 24 runs. He just broke the all time record with 450 yards and 4 TDs and thats was just in the first three Qs, against Nebraska who was ranked 11 in the country so this is not some side show riggend performance.. WOW I say.. WOW.

Theres abunch of good games on today, alabama beats auburn @ 6:45pm on espn 1(central time).
Florida plays florida state at 3:30 on one of the other espn channels.
Kentucky is playin louisville and clemenson is playing someone else(right now)
