Everyone looks amazing in this thread so I'm a bit hesitant to post, but -
I'm on a diet now though, the objective is to lose 10kg. I was in an accident a couple years ago where I damaged my neck and I can't do sports anymore so I've gotten extremely out of shape and put on a lot of weight. I used to do judo at a national level so I would train 10-15 hours a week...I think a tiny bit of ab definition is left over from that? Haha.
Anyway hopefully in a month or two I'll be able to post an 'after' pic

I'd really just like a reduction in bf % and if I lose a bit of a muscle along with that I really wouldn't mind, do you still think training for strength is the way to go?
