Still glowing with sunburn and shoulders and shins are stinging like hell, got a bit carried away laying in the garden reading yesterday. Atleast I made the most of the only decent sun we've had for 2 or 3 weeks.

Best off avoiding it entirely IMO.

What's it like just for sleep though? I see you can order it as travel sickness medicine.

It's pretty good for sleep, at least for me. Only short-term though.

I've had good results pairing it with temazepam and xanax. The benzo sparks you out (but wears off in a relatively short time) and the promethazine keeps you asleep. Then you wake up feeling a lot fresher than if you'd taken the likes of diaz or nitraz.

sominex (promethazine) is ok for sleep but it takes forever to kick in for me. Diphenhydramine works so much better for me, but if i take it to try and sleep during opiate wd's it makes my RLS a million times worse.

Purple Sizzurp = Codeine & Promethazine .
Since it became "cool" due to it's association with certain Rappers (thats what is in Lil Wayne's cup )it goes for silly $$ in southern states of America.

We are all engaged in surrogate activities to keep us busy, because we haven't evolved since the times when we had to hunt and gather 24/7 to stay alive. His answer was to revert back to simpler times, but I think it would probably make more sense if everyone worldwide just did a 20 hour week, or worked half the year and not the other.

But then who gets the whole summer off, and how would we decide who does what when? Needs too much co-operation and too many people are cunts unfortunately. Not saying its not a good idea tho, just rather hard to put into practice.

The ways things are going at the moment though I wouldn't be suprised if there are some huge changes in the next 10/20 years. The "money" is running out, I blame the selfish rich and compound interest, whens it gonna end.

If you think a bottle of Codeine linctus and some promtheazine tabs is under a £5 & it's otc .
It started with DJ Screw & U.G.K in Houston back in the early 90s i think it was cheaper back then .
Since it's association with superstar Fukwits ! people want it all made up for them & pay loads for it . I've heard of Yanks paying upwards of $50 for a bottle !!

Yeah there isn't a way around it. Almost everyone who does work in this country works in the service industries, we don't make an awful lot any more. I hope it's more likely we'll end up going the route of the French, where a 30 hour week and a 6 week summer becomes the norm. Other than everyone chipping in and everyone doing less I can't think of any other way round it, just because as much as we can call people with more money selfish for hoarding it, it would still be a bit of an unfair world to live in if just 1 in 10 of us had to waste their life working so everyone else didn't have to. You and I could easily give away just 10% of our money, which could support dozens of families in the third world, so they could put their feet up and not worry. But we don't. I like to think that I will soon start giving that percentage away soon though, it's just if I hold onto it I can turn it into more money and so on, so it's hard to know where to say "ok i'm giving it away now".

Yeah there isn't a way around it. Almost everyone who does work in this country works in the service industries, we don't make an awful lot any more. I hope it's more likely we'll end up going the route of the French, where a 30 hour week and a 6 week summer becomes the norm.
