I'm also wide awake, cant sleep, just ran over to the hospital to get something to satisfy my sweet food craving, a strawberry yohurt, a chocolate milkshake, bottle of coke and a crunchie bad!

Just caught up on this thread, glad you seem to be a little better now.. keep your chin up, you're a lovely guy and you have a lot to look forward to IMO :) I know how easy it is to get overwhelmed and feel that everything has gone to shit and is irrepairable but this is very rarely the case - cruel trick the mind can play, not allowing us to have hope when we are at our worst.. so hard to even contemplate feeling better at times. Things will get better though! A change of scenery might not be a bad plan I think, but remember wherever you go, you will still be there - so concentrating on ways to make yourself feel better are really important too <3

Glad you made it to the docs, I bet that's a weight off your mind! Hope this week off gives you the breathing space you need to get back on your feet a little :)

It's dark and nightmarish. Oddly,i don't suffer akithisia with promethazine,yet do with dyphenydramine.

The eight i took was after some 6apb,not together,forget timescales,was to try and sleep,i had no idea what happened was going to happen.It may have potentiated these effects.I'm not gonna find out.

In fact,i'd say they are far better than zopiclone.They only ask a couple of questions. Codeine linctus is otc,yet it might aswell not be "just give me the fucking bottle"

Target a chemist with a young naive person serving. If the pharmacist overhears what you are asking for,grab the bottle,slap the money on the desk and run away,coughing,or just grab the bottle and run,not coughing.

day off today, still feeling the etiz a bit, on the healthiness this morning just hammered out 5 miles on the crosstrainer bike thing that ive got, salad, sardines, n a beast of a smoothie with apples, oranges, fuck loads of raspberries. might look for some more stuff to watch on netflix in a bit

@COLTDAN,if you like it weird and dark it's up your street. Be prepared for very strange visuals. I wasn't at the time aware of any recreational values.I still had 6apb in my system and am unsure what a proper recreational dose would be without any other drug involved.Do a bit of research mate.

If you go for it and own a Lonsdale top,put it on the floor and let me know if it turns into a 'head' ('The Thing'film) with thick spiderlegs,it'll be coming at ya,just remember,you can fight them off.

Fucking water coming in through ceiling :! It's a spot where I already put a basin in the attic so that must have overflowed, great.

Nah more into the funky electric DMT style trippyage myself, weird stuff is good but not kean on stuff too dark, spider legs bugs and stuff, would send me running around screaming like a little fairy

Promethazine as a 'recreational' drug? May as well sniff glue or something. :\

Best off avoiding it entirely IMO.

Its really windy here. Just went out for my morning walk. Nearly got blown up the road.

Nah I'll just go up in the loft and change the basin. I've had a man in three times, three different ones, for this and they never fucking fix it! Cut my losses and live with it...
