Regardless, I find you to be quite the character lars90

I guess it's more that I'm ten years your senior, which makes me feel old and crotchety. Which is funny, considering 24-year olds normally don't think of themselves as old and crotchety
FYI, you shouldn't have any problems getting/using piracetam in Germany. You could even ask you primary care doctor about it if you'd like. But regardless you can still order it legally online.
Basically, I think the way piracetam is supposed to work is by "oxygenating your brain," or something. Of course that's probably as extreme oversimplification (and thus ultimately incorrect and inherently flawed explanation) as one could make up... In my experience, I find that piracetam as well as other racetam drugs (piracetam is like the original/oldest/most common racetam, if memory serves) negate many of the negative dissociative side effects of DXM (as well as other NDMA receptor antagonists like ketamine). I also believe it might negate any possible DXM neurotoxicity, although I have no real facts to back this assumption up. Just a feeling from extensive use on my part.
Well, tbh, you really should just look it up yourself. I posted the link to the nootropics megathread, so there is info there on how they work (also you can search google/BL to find out more about piracetam). The same goes for ADHD (
attention
deficit
hyperactivity
disorder).
If you were to check out the nootropics megathread or search about it on google or wikipedia, you'd learn that piracetam is used to enhance memory recall and general cognative ability. Other, newer more novel racetams (of the same drug family as piracetam) are used to treat certain degenerative diseases as well. Again, Piracetam is/was used in some countries to treat ADHD instead of amphetamine salts or related stimulants.
And regarding the multiple strings of post, well, of course I don't really mind. But to keep things neat and all you might want to consider just replying to multiple people in one post - saves space and makes it easier with less scrolling, etc. etc. But this is not such a big deal, at least as far as I'm concerned.
And regarding the Doctor bit, well, of course I'd recommend this. But I would step lightly, and try to find the best possible doctor, preferably who has experience with addiction/drug abuse. From my own, similar experiences with DXM, however, I'm not too worried for ya. It's scary as shit, trust me, I know. But I'd bet you almost anything that things will get better, assuming you lay off the drugs and DXM, take care of yourself and get good rest and eat well. Don't push yourself too hard.
My one concern about seeing a doctor is that if you told a doctor about this and he flipped out and put you on some crazy antidepressant or antipsychotic regiment or something, which would be a more knee-jerk reaction to the fact you are 14 and abusing/using DXM to get high (which, as you already probably have figured out, isn't the safest sort of way to have fun). That wouldn't necessarily help as much as just eating and resting properly and not putting yourself under too much pressure.
