Thanks, Evey. I love EADD, just rarely get time to post here. Sadly, no insurance on the contents of the car. I didn't even bother with a police report as I left the damn thing unlocked and they will never find anything anyway. I'm not a believer in the western understanding of karma of I do believe in consequences: leave your car unlocked and your stuff will be gone by morning. At the risk of painting a rather unflattering picture of my mental faculties, this is hardly the first time I have failed to learn that lesson. 8)

As exciting and badass as the video made me feel, I kinda felt they went a bit overboard when they accused the government of "stirring racism and prejudices"... I mean come on, they've just made gay marriage legal. And "The idea that we're a democratic government is a joke. There is no choice" doesn't settle well. Sorry, sir, but my electoral card had quite a few boxes to tick - between tories, labour, green party and ukip alone there's quite a choice in differing policies.

Might be a lot of boxes to tick but up until Corbyn being appointed leader of the Labour party I would have considered them as just slightly less right wing Tories. Liberals most will never trust after they went into a coalition with the conservatives. Most of the rest don't bare any credence with me and the greens although I support some of their ideas I don't think bare enough knowledge to run the country from an economic standpoint.

I think a lot of people would be all for a revolution, something like the French revolution. The London riots about this time in 2011 made the most interesting news I've ever seen.

Amongst the boxes to tick, we had major choices given in regards to nationalism, immigration, joining europe union etc To say we're not a democracy, is a little silly to say the least. nice, i have a .22 pump action BSA lightning up to max pressure before FAC. .25 must properly topple rabbits.

I've found the .22 only really effective around 25 - 30 feet range and has to be a proper headshot for a clean kill.

If i lived in the sticks (which i hope to once agaom some years down the line) I would be bagging a rabbit or two the odd autumn evening for sure.

Definitely more democratic than many other countries. I can still see the argument the men in the masks are providing. The political system is a charade in so many ways. People think we have way more freedom than society is designed to bestow upon us. I am in favour of Anonymous, the real anti-establishment hackers. Although I'm unsure exactly how much they have to do with the ones posting on YouTube, FB etc.

air rifles are fun, the .22 with a 4 x 20 scope makes for a good bit of training practice, trebor extra strong mints make fun inexpesive targets to hit as they explode in a satisfying way.

I'm afraid, Mistypants isn't here with any forum guideline links to put you to sleep. Instead however, i've especially compiled you a list of recent complaints by SHM about his infractions and the state of the forum in general.

The 'rules' matter not one jot.

What matters is whether you are a moderator or not.

A few weeks ago I was given a ban in CEP for using the words "Don't make me laugh" to the moderator Cashflow Donkey. He told me I "would learn respect" before I was allowed to post in his forum. As he gave me this lesson in respect he also saw fit to call me an asshole (something for which he belatedly apologised by PM about a week later).

I appealed, and Ebola, as admin, made it clear the ban was upheld. United front and all that. (Many others supported me calling the ban ridiculous and I thank them for that).

Fast forward a couple of weeks. In debating the bombing of the Medecins Sans Frontier crew in Afghanistan I called out Thujone, another mod, for victim blaming MSF. All I said was 'your view is a disgrace to the good men and women of MSF'.

Thujone replied. Called me a cunt. Told me to go fuck myself. Called me some other expletive Ive forgotten.

Result? I got another PM from Cashflow Donkey saying this was my fault, that my posting style caused this.

United front. Moderators of the site unite. You only have a website to destroy.

I've definitely had enough. I'm sure some will cheer. I can't be doing with a site that tells me to learn respect then blames me for one of their own calling me a cunt and telling me to get fucked.

Can someone add that fucking sentence up for me because I'm struggling a little with it here?

I'll tell you what else I missed off my boring post number 26. When I was getting banned for saying "Don't make me laugh" other people in that forum were denying the holocaust (What 23 and RW&T who was an alt of MSB). Now MSB got banned. For the alt bit. Not for the holocaust denial. What 23 didn't get a ban for the holocaust denial. I got a ban for saying "Don't make me laugh".

Now, as part of my conversation about this with Cashflow Donkey, we talked about what I got the original warning for. Which was...calling a racists views "abominable". CD said this stifled debate, I couldn't say "abominable".

I asked him if, if Adolf Hitler was posting, I could call his views, "abominable".

I was told I couldn't. This formed part of the basis for my ban. That I stifled debate by calling fascist views a moral outrage.

What I should have said of course was fuck off you cunt. Because that, apparently, is allowed. If you're a mod.

Well that's terribly unfair on Thujone as, per Cashflow Donkeys PM to me (which I can publish here if you like?) the whole situation was down to me and my terrible starting of flame wars.

Can I have a screenshot of the infraction btw? It's just that nobody told me that he was infracted, just edited, until you just did. Screenshot just for old times sake??

I can't know something is incorrect if nobody tells me. I have noticed nobody has challenged the 'incorrectness' of anything else I said.

This forum, if Gibberings is anything to go by, has suffered an 82% reduction in traffic in recent months. Maybe the official figures are a little less than that but I'd be willing to bet not by much if Ali can provide the stats over the last six months or so. They are certainly enough for you to claim yourself just last week Shambles that "EADD is dead" or words to that effect. Bearing that in mind, is it such a wise move to start pointing people to the exits (a boringly common tactic in these circumstances I've seen about a million times and the modern day equivalent of the right-winger shouting "Fuck off back to Cuba then mate if you don't like it")? (Or Julie saying 'run your own software then' like we're all of that technical competence). I expect more of you. (And Julie). I expect more of any moderator faced with a forum with a drop that may be as sharp as 80% in the last few months.

Likewise the patronisation of posters as either 'saner folk' or that 'common sense appears very far from common'. These are deeply insulting and patronising remarks to most of EADD's members and again, I don't see how this shows you in a great light. Such remarks, if anything, further run the risk of delapidating a forum that is relatively on its knees from more glorious days maybe 4-5 years ago.

I don't think this is how winning posters back works. Maybe you think the squirrel pictures do.

In summary? Less pointing to exits to rid the place of people you personally don't like. Less insults about those YOU perceive to have less common sense. Less squirrel pictures that appeal to, ooh, two of you? Pretty please?

I've posted less and less in this forum myself lately for want of any interesting debate. Many died, many left, many feel pushed to the margins. I don't think your post addresses that in any positive way at all.

Ceres I have experienced some form of 'natural' insomnia and especially night fuelled hyperactivity since the day I was born. It makes little difference most of the time whether I indulge or not..sleep often refuses to come. Haven't spoken to Mr Monday for a good while, oh dear...well I am doing what he would perhaps approve of..another line another small sherry. To be quite frank if you are like me trying to get some kind of enjoyment out of watching the MOBO awards drugs and drink are all that is going to pull you through to the other side.....
