Your most HATED (Worthless/Waste of time) Movies (merged)

I'm sure it has already been mentioned, but Daredevil offended me in so many different ways.

I saw it for free, and I paid entirely too much.

Jackie Chan movies
Legally Blonde
Bringing Down the House
Any Mary Kate and Ashley movie
Jeepers Creepers
Spy Kids (wanted to punish the little girl I was babysitting)
Crossroads
Party Monster
Lord of The Rings
Paranoid (I think thats the name of it)... this movie was definately the most stressful movie I've ever seen! 10 minutes into it I had to turn it off and take some Xanax
:p

Hands down, Showgirls is the worst movie I've ever seen in my life. They make up for it with gratuitous nudity, I guess, but when I want to see naked people I watch porn. I watch a movie to be entertained by a good story and deep, well-developed characters. This movie is a complete piece of crap.

i agree fairnymph LOTR could NEVER be called worthless/bad....even if you don't like the subject matter, the cinematography,effects,sounds.....hell everything was done superbly!

isn't that actually s'posed to be quite a complicated film, like starship troopers (which is similarly underrated and often said to be just a straight-up action film)?

^^^ People that don't understand starship troopers are just plain ignorant because they can't look past the action/violence....same concept with show girls, stripped to its core (no pun intended) the movie is alot deeper than all the nudity that is flaunted.... both movies use distracting/engaging devices to subtley shadow the true story/meaning.....just my opinion anyway

Oh come on, Showgirls? Don't get me wrong -- I LOVE that movie (I even got the special edition box set, hehe), but not because I think there's anything going on beneath the surface. It's great because it's so wonderfully, terribly bad.

Like with Robocop? Fascinating..

My vote goes to Scream 3. Not only is it a horribly bad movie, but I had to watch it while a friend of mine was fornicating with this girl - right next to me. That evening was horrible in so many ways.

^^^ did you read what 12345_against_1 said? it's paul verhoeven; he's infamous for taking a trashy/mindless concept and making it into an intelligent piece of art.
I've got nothing against Paul Verhoeven, really. I suppose one could say that Showgirls truly is (trashy, mindless) art. =D

And hey, he did show up to the Razzies to accept his Worst Director award (the movie won seven awards that year). ;)

Josie and the Pussycats.
I was made to watch this by a friend many times while stoned, and I *still* can't figure out the storyline. It's been explained over and over to me, but I just don't get it.
Maybe it's just me?
Either way, I don't like it.

And also what DJAcetone said.. The Lord of the Rings and Star Wars. Boring!
Nuff said!

Napoleon Dynamite---Everyone i knew was like "omg sooo hilarious" I kept waiting for a punchline that never ever came.
Anchorman---Watched like a half hour at some dudes house and then left.Dislike was multiplied by about a 1000% due to basically eveyrone i know repeating the same lines over and over and over and then someone else hearing and then repeating them and the cycle never ended
The People Under The Stairs---If you havent seen it definetly worth a laugh
Basically eveything else hasbeen covered by someone else in a different post. Later

I just watched .. well sort of.. Alone in the Dark. I don't know why, I don't know what it was about, but it was horrible.

also, saw part of Army of Darkness the same night. WTF! Horrrrrrrrrible.
