God not only did it give me a massive headache , it also insulted my intelligence to the point that I wanted to hunt down the makers and HAVE THEM MURDERED.

This movie had nothing. Not a GODDAMN THING.
Watching the jerky camera motions turned my stomach and there was no need for it. I get it. Its a student movie , they are not professionals.
point made , stop with the vomit inducing shots please. Im a film student and even if I werent, whenever I videotape outings or whatever one couldnt be faulted for thinking im an epileptic..seriously...who's videos are THAT nauseatingly jumpy? Dont they teach film students how to hold a fucking camera in hold your 8MM steady 101???

Other than that its so fucking boring, so trite and so overhyped I left the theater feeling i had been duped. Made a mockery of. FOOLED.

And if you think the blair witch is terrifying ask yourself: what the fuck is wrong with you? Do you sleep with a goddamn nightlight illuminating your room and a teddybear tucked under your arm?

sorry i just hate this movie so much i wish i had never heard of it.
 
The last completely horrible movie i watched all the way through was Austin powers 3. i remember having this feeling like "ok when is it going to get good" for the entire movie, and then it ended and i was like man that sucked. i swore right then never to watch a movie where i got that feeling early on.

i can only think of two movies that i've done that since my resolution: freddy got fingered and dodgeball. i have no idea if they suck but from what i say im sure they do lol
 
there are too many worthless movies to count. just look at just about any newspaper in the U.S. and scan the movie listings (right now there's some pile of shit on called 'star wars') as far as overrated goes: i think every best picture academy award winner (required to be american) for at least the past decade would be a good start:

let me see- a beautiful mind, lord of the rings, gladiator, million dollar baby, american beauty, shakespeare in love, titanic, forrest gump.

some of these have some merit some, unfortunately, do not.

Donnie Darko (Amateurish, cluttered, pretentious, stupid.)
Any film by Michael Bay (Formulaic, over-the-top, laughable.)
Ben Hur (I hate Charlton Heston.)
Magnolia (Wannabe nouvelle art-house garbage, pointless, infuriatingly pretentious without merit.)
Titanic (Terrible script, banal, puerile romantic crap, big budget mediocrity.)
Mulholland Dr (Simply moronic, a profound insult to filmmaking.)
Reservoir Dogs (Grossly overrated ripoff, shallow, clumsy.)
and finally -- Lord of The Rings (All three of them suck, really hard.)

"Jeepers Creepers" pissed me off. I don't understand why they had to make another one... Thankfully i never botheed to waste any more of my time...

I also HATED "2001: A Space Odyssey. " So the graphics were okay (during the times where i was awake) for being such an old movie..but sheesh how boring could a movie get?!

I'll relay this story to you particularly because it's timely, what with the star wars craze and all.

When the original Star Wars trilogy came out a kid and his mother came up to Alec Guinness (Obi Wan) and started talking to him. The kid told Guinness that he had seen Star Wars 100 times. Guinness leans down and tells the kid, "Promise me you will never watch it again."

For the sake of humanity and all that is right in the world- Please stop watching Titanic. I'm afraid it will turn your brain into some sappy sludge and your senses will change and simplify into happy and sweet and sad and fluffy.

Just watched a movie that belongs on my list:

Birth starring Nicole Kidman. I had such high hopes for this movie. I think it was a cool concept but the movie was just not well done. :\ Bad acting and no dialogue!

Be cool is the worst one I saw recently.
 
I was watching it (be cool) last night with a group of four people, about halfway through we all agreed that it fucking sucked ass so we turned it off to play cards. :D Really, how many movies are so terrible that you straight up turn them OFF ? Not many.
 
Pirates of the Carribean is absolutely the most overrated movie ever.

I mean, it wasn't terrible, but it wasn't anything special either...it was basically another Hollywood product that happened to have a really good actor playing the lead role. Everything about that movie sucked completely except Johnny Depp, and even he wasn't anything mindblowing.

I just can't see how LOTR trilogy, Mullholland Drive and Reservoir dogs are worthless...!
 
I Heart Huckabees was a very hard movie to watch. Parts of it was funy and great, but all in all i wish i'd never wasted my money on this one.

And the ONE movie I wish I had never seen, wasted my money on, makes me mad to this day that i actually sat thru it is: "The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou." OMG, THE most boring, NOT funny, waste of time movie. UGH.
