being doing weights 22 years clean alongside taekwondo etc im v religious hand on a bible i never took a steroid.

It's terrible to lose someone we love, but it's even worse to lose ourselves while loving them.

Not a favourite, not particularly profound or clever. Just very apt.. :\

No probs man, i don't mind being slagged off but leave off the great man, he is our local laureate here and he and I have walked on Sinbad’s yellow shore and never shall another’s hit my fancy.

Take life as it comes,straight no chaser.

There is an inner logic and we are taught to stay far from it.
 
Speed is like a dozen transatlantic flights without ever getting off the plane. Time change. You lose, you gain. Makes no difference so long as you keep taking the pills. But sooner or later you've got to get out because it's crashing. Then all at once those frozen hours melt out through the nervous system and seep out the pores.
