^^^ wow, I love all three of the above quotes. I love to come in here and get something to meditate on as I go through the rest of my day and these three are gems. Here is one that I think I have posted in here before but I think I can't hear it enough. Imagining a world without shameful judgement starts with each of us.

sounds more like wisdom to me, or the difference between a good and bad experience, but to make it good takes either some luck, some wisdom, and some help, or all three.
