I smiled the whole time. Some apply to me too, but the some are just crazy. I'd feel like a burn out with some of othes. But yep...definetly jaded here too. Once ones been there and done that-they'll be able to look back and laugh at all the dumb asses left around. Two thumbs up from here.

That "glowstick show" is the funniest and it happens aat every party that I go to...and plus when they make you put on those stupid looking glasses that are like kalidescopes and look like they came off of that black guy from star trek...

* You never smile, even at raves
* You try to appear like you are too cool for actually having fun
* The only drugs you use now are dust, alcohol and tobacco

Adding a couple more:
You either know the promoter, the dj, are on the list, or can get in for free.
You'll go to an event just to see one dj, then leave.
You avoid sweaty hugs like the plague, in fact you avoid sweating all night, if you can help it.
You don't get searched/carded/hassled anymore.
You go to parties thrown by record labels rather than raves thrown by production companies.
Blow replaces e.
 
Here are so more I came up with from personal experience:
You've ever resisted the urge to slap a kid who looked about 12 years old and appeared to be rolling.
You wince at the amount of trash raves contribute to the landfills: all those silly kandykid plastic bracelets, used glowsticks, and water bottles that lazy promoters never bother to recycle
You worry about the future of 14 year old kids who conduct chemistry experiments on their developing brains each weekend, and consider the impending necessity of publicly-funding rehab centers from recovering rave burnouts

Jaded giggle giggle. See and thats why I think ex-punk people make good ravers, they come in naturually jaded and use the rave scene to just take the splinters and sharp corners off their bristly exteriors.
