Counting down until next Thursday/Friday, which will be the best 30 odd hours I've had in months :D

to expand - great friends, (I'm assuming) nice drinks, having my hair done, wearing a pretty dress & having a nice (read:expensive) dinner with my hunny for our 3 years

My smile - seeing my brother again and almost passing out at how much he looks like my father 20 years ago. Hanging out with my sister, her friends, my niece and nephew and getting loads of awesome photos.

dinner with my bf and the family worked out well - mum was suitably impressed at the new 'off-P julian', even tho he brought his niece and her dog (shes 9 and her parents are still P-smokers) and she proceeded to tell my mum and brother graphically all thru dinner about the 'cunts who came to try and steal her mummys P pipe during the night' and 'how to cook P'
me and julian were both going really red but mum just handled it fine albeit seeming a bit sad about it, naturally, afterwards
then last night julian paid for me and him to stay at a nice motel with a spa pool and we ordered in chinese food, and it was really nice
its so good to b back with him but to hav our relationship deepen from the lack of drugs
oh and i got a new tattoo yesterday - a snake....the symbol of change (and of course its on the front of a metallica album....) so yea, things r looking up
 
^the lamb shanks were a surprising hit - even with certain fussy 9-yr-old girls!
the chocolate pudding afterwards went down even better
yep today cud b warmer here too!
 
Today's a beautiful day - crisp and cold and a bit windy, but bright and sunny - perfect winter weather :D

The boy and I are going to watch some of his work friends in a 'demonstration' soccer game at a fete, and they're going to get seriously beaten!
 
^^how the fuck can they all be out playing soccer when Chris is doing 8+ hours today at work cos they all cocked up yesterday?!?! grrr

Anyway, my smile is Pepperidge Farm Goldfish crackers. I would live on goldfish crackers if I could.

Also smiling cos I am going to Hawaii in 13 days. WEEEEEE!!!!

Um... are these made of actual gold fish ?? If not, why are they called goldfish crackers ??

^^I eat goldfish all the time, good source of protein and I can just steal them out of my mates tank and im good to go :p

I am smiling while stuffing my face full of the finest quality shepperds pie :) So yum!
 
They are little cheesey crackers in the shape of goldfish with little smiley faces on them. They are american and so super tasty!

the farm owner where i keep my horse asked me and my friend if we wanted to move all the stock (sheep, cattle, horses) on the 400 acre farm today - sumthing we hadnt bn trusted with doing before, and neither of our horses r stockhorses so it was hilarious
it took us over half a day, but we got it done - both our horses r crazy and we did a lot of galloping in circles and skidding sideways down hills
the stock seemed to know wat they were doing better than us and i swear the dogs were laughing at us, but i felt like a real cowgirl
i luv any new equestrian challenges - and i think my horse does too
 
I was gifted the most funky most beautiful ring I think I've ever laid eyes on today. I've been wearing it since I took it out of its cute little black box [complete with a little bird on the front], and I can't see myself taking it off when I go to bed. :)
