^It's similar I guess, but the Body Shop is associated with L'oreal and thus test on animals. I steer absolutely clear of them because of this fact.. but I'm yet to find a suitable replacement body-butter.

Well... The Body Shop itself doesn't test on animals, but their (as of 2006) parent company L'oreal has at least in the past. This is enough to remove them from the "free from animal testing" lists of organisations such as PETA and choose cruelty free, but I think its an important distinction.

The Body Shop has also done a lot of good for the world in terms of social activism , environmentalism, fair trade, etc. *climbs off soapbox*

My reason for smiling is that I had a delicious 7 course degustation dinner at Vue de Monde and an hour long pedicure today in honour of my birthday, with the pedicure being a gift from my bf

Trawling through the TAC website has revealed I may be entitled to physiotherapy at least, which is a small smile.

The TAC can fund the reasonable cost of authorised occupational physiotherapy required as a result of the transport accident injuries, where the provider is an authorised occupational physiotherapist.

At least that's one thing I won't be out-of-pocket for.

There was much glee in my heart on watching my boyfriend play with a kitty down at my parent's place. The little kitty was feeling loved up and decided to roll around in my boys lap and the joy on his face made me so happy
