Who are you?

I am a dreamer. ✨🌙

And a touch of meditation.

How did you learn about the guy?
I was always what could be called "a seeker". Before I was 10 I had few experiences that I can compare to being on high dose of psychedelics. At age of 14 started reading Vedic scriptures alongside autogenic training, theoretical physics, psychology and some philosophy. Vedanta (and Zen) stuck as it is, in my experience, most compatible with modern scientific view and my temperament. Nisargadatta Maharaj is unavoidable (no pun intended) in that line of thought (dream, hallucinations, whatever one wants to name the unnameable)... And so here I am. Or not? 🤔

A loyal subject.
To who(m)/what I bow to may be enigmatic, on earth and is chaotic at times.
A bridge
An anchor (at times)
Mostly an unsure person but feel if I'm trying to help it keeps me sane-ish and causing no harm but.
Reassessing....
Who am I but why?

🤔

Thwarted but optimistic & with the limb strength to beat my enemies to a pulp, should I need.

In 1968, I watched Tim Leary dance out on stage in a white robe at a Moody Blues concert playing tambourine to them singing "Timothy Leary's dead..." Leary was all the rage back then, but the damage done by Leary and others during those years was catastrophic. Some time ago I ran across this comment by Albert Hofmann:

"I was visited by Timothy Leary when he was living in Switzerland. He was a very intelligent man, and quite charming. I enjoyed our conversations very much. However, he also had a need for too much attention. He enjoyed being provocative, and that shifted the focus from what should have been the essential issue. It is unfortunate, but for many years these drugs became taboo. Hopefully, these same problems from the Sixties will not be repeated."

Now I haven't the slightest interest in anything religious, but I feel strongly that psychedelics are the key to life's deepest secrets, and that...

"Behind it all is surely an idea so simple, so beautiful, that when we grasp it, we will say to each other, 'How could it have been otherwise?'" (Wheeler)

The problem, as I see it, is the virtual unavailability of PRACTICAL information concerning psychedelics and their preeminent purpose (in my opinion), which I suggest is currently beyond the means of science to address.

What if the following were true?

Human beings are astronomical instruments, with an aperture like a camera. Psychedelics force the aperture open, in relation to the amount of substance consumed. Like water seeking it's own level, light will flood through any open channel (with full force), according to aperture dilation.

What if psychedelics were the only known tools for developing light throughput, and psychedelics key for enabling that?

Just saying - WHAT IF?
They are nothing more than a way to get loaded, or trip.

^^^ I know. And god isn't real either. And the spirit god and the spirit molecule. :(

A person who cannot find peace or joy... was told that these are granted when we die. Makes sense to me.
Got bases covered pretty much I think.
Guess I gotta wait to be joyously peaceful.

Thans for the thumb, rastafaris say the same there aint no god above. If their is a god its in all of us and its been there from the roots of creation. Priesters don't understand their bible, and use their churches to feed false believes.

Wonder how agnostic christian's view on this god/ church concept. As according to Bob Marley, the bible says: heaven is a place upon the earth. So not some castle in the sky, and who invented hell. The two seemed to go perfectly together well overhere, aiming more towards hell, "hell is just around the corner" (Tricky) only 2 hours flying and I am in Ukraine. Hope other planets are better balanced, if inhabeted.

But I'll blame it on the introduction of smartphones, or the "thought expelling machines" (Rick Beato).

edit:
Meditation, well what is that for kind of phenominom. Had three succesful experiences, 2 were externally/ naturally induced, the 3-rd was a Bhoedist meditation. So free, eyes open/ mouth just open for the prana flow or Ki? Looking (searching) for that third eye, avoiding the cross eye. A necklage with beads that with each "Ohm Mani Padme Hum" (she added a Gee on the end ?), which I never found anywhere looking for it.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Om_mani_padme_hum

Well in intensity it litterally blew any psychedelic, birth of my kid's in intesity of the shelve. Absolute ego loss, and total concious dissocation. Before my minds eye a solar system appeared, the beads seemed in tune with the orbits. The chanting went in orbits too in tune with the planet's. Every chant you popped another bead, so that explain's part of it.

The beads also start up your automatic life support system (forgot the name), so breathing goes slower from the belly your hearth rate follow's.

The actual experience: I had no clue which voice was mine neither if and which planet was I, I who dissappeared. Remember my eyes were open and sitting still except some blink's, the beads or swallowing some saliva.

Amazing tool, but very powerful, and a total mystery to me.

edit: the girl giving the lessons, did indeed show us a picture of that sand mandala. Sadly see died before talking some more about my experience, which compared to psychedelics had little after effects. But way more then some pattern or revelation. We litterally became one universe together. As I was the only one sharing this kinda experience, and there was no reflection. I canceled it of as a weird reaction my side.

Till i read about meditative states and immediatly saw the resmblence. But it was kinda of a life changing thing. never happened again. Maybe a visit to a bhoedist group would be a way to experience this again. The mantra was ment to spread out to the outside world so windows were wide open.

Sailor Bob, sturdy as a rock, that right at the start goes in whats been written 1000's of years ago. Was he like Melchisedec, the only non-priester that preached, a natural mystic. Like Jezus. Or has he read a lot, like an autodidact forming a logical concept about truth?

I am I/ I am who am, talking to you as a I am I/ I am who am. Allready love the man, any chance he had dreads when he had hair?
There is no such thing as enlightement right on spot, just like revelation's that last not a life time but 2 minutes. Or false believes like religious doctrines forcing upon kid's.
