I think fucking Hexen (@Mushoku_Sensei I will use this word now) , IV cocaine , crack

They are the hardest for me . I prefer going through withdrawals anytime than have that the recurrent nightmares, the cravings, the mental toll to resist the fucking urges to feel it for the rest of your life.

At least when you quit opioids its done ! it is very hard but then if you get your life together and have projects and stuff you can go on

Benzos although I've never tried hard opiates or meth
The withdrawal from heavy benzo use takes 3 months just to be able to interact with people again ,then there's the months if not years of severe depression and apathy
Complete loss of interest in things you enjoyed before
At least with heroin I believe you get medication to ease the pain ,with benzo wd you get fuck all
