What's your pre-work out look like?

Weed is good because it makes me really appreciate things like strict form, slow reps, keeping the muscle engaged, etc. I don't want to just bust sets out. I want to really concentrate on changing the body. The only problem is that I get too paranoid to enter the gym. All of our city police officers work out at my gym and there is always a handful of them in the weight room. Just not a comfortable place to go stoned.

I actually used to like DMAA. It did work well for me. But lately it's just been a cup of coffee and enough sleep. And heavy metal.
 
I miss the old days of using low doses of crystal meth just enough to give you some pep and some Dianabol with a test base of course! I was in the best shape of my life man.. fuck I miss drugs! I'm done for the night =/ fucking sobriety.. yay me!

200mg caffeine is usually all I need. Once November comes it's back on the methyl tren train though. Woot Woot!
 
While AMP-citrate is (was) just another hopeful DMAA replacement, and isn't the greatest by any measure, I'm kinda glad I stocked up on it before it got b7. Got myself 480 caps of 100mg/100mg caffeine/AMP-citrate for $90 haha. 2 caps gives a definite boost, but I feel the stuff has a bit more of a thermogenic effect than something you'd want for a pre-workout. Feel a bit dirty halfway through the session, and my whole body feels stuffy and hot.

As a result, I try not to use it if I can help it, and only for fasted morning sessions. Kinda makes it feel like everything I drink sits in my stomach and won't go anywhere too, which I put down to appetite suppression.

Caffeine still disagrees with my bowels haha.
 
For stuff you can buy in the States easily, I thought Hyde was pretty good but it's basically a large dose of caffeine and beta alanine along with the usual blend of other stuff.

Oh I'm aware of that now but I gotta say.. I looked fucking amazing! Looked like a lean bodybuilder.. shredded to the max weighing in at 180-185 at 5'9" and my body fat was 4% for sure if not lower! I'm at 11-12% bf right now and I weight 195.. just straight bulk.. and I miss being leaner that's all! I feel like I'm eating clean every single day and I'm busting my ass twice as hard but the results take so damn long it's just annoying! It's easier with a little bit of help! But it's better to be clean I guess!
